The Fragrance Co. レビュー

I've recently moved to Canada from the Middle East and was running out of my favorite Middle Eastern perfume collection. I found out about Fragrance Co. as I was desperately searching for a way to ship perfumes all the way from the Middle East. The prices looked affordable with some discounts applied. What made my experience standout (positively) is the inconvenience that occured, and I'll explain briefly. I ordered 4 perfumes but unfortunately only 2 arrived and my shipment was marked as complete even though it wasnt. I contacted their Customer Service and they've been nothing GREAT and AMAZING. They have replied very promptly and immediately started the recovery process. My professional background is 5 Star and Luxury hotel guest services management and I was very impressed by how this was handled. I was assured that they were doing everything they can to investigate and resolve it since 2 of my perfumes were a birthday gift (conveniently the ones delayed). And they were actually doing their best. They assured me after confirming the delay that they would expedite the process for me to have them by the weekend and they did. I got the perfumes on the weekend. This is what matters when it comes to customer service. Saying things, meaning them, and acting on them as opposed to just textbook replies.
In saying that and I mean it, I highly recommend dealing with Fragrance Co. If you want affordable prices and great customer service. And I also personally recommend REEF Perfumes :)
I wish Fragrance Co. nothing but success. Please keep it up and I will definitely order again.

Delivery was fast and well packaged. Ordered 3 fragrances. Wasn't over keen on the one (One Million), but the other 2 (Boss Bottled and Invictus) are very good and smell like the original.
Very good value for money

Easy to order great price and pretty quick delivery, fragrances smell amazing.

Perfume does not smell as it should!! I usually order from perfume shark and it is great but not impressed with this, I have emailed as would like to return!! Over £30 for product I will not use

I have purchased 3 different perfumes now. I absolutely love them they are really good and they definitely smell like the real thing. I would recommend people to buy your perfumes.

Excellent. Last all day and smells lovely.

I don't normally write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one.
I live in the United States, and although this fragrance company does not typically sell or ship their perfumes overseas, John, made an exception for me. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
I purchased a Jo Malone inspired fragrance and I am so happy I did. The scent is beautiful, elegant and exactly the kind of fragrance I was hoping for. It has that luxurious refined feel I love, while still being unique and special in its own way.
From the communication to the purchase itself, everything felt personal, thoughtful and professional. It meant a great deal that John went out of his way to help me, especially knowing I was ordering from overseas.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful fragrances and truly exceptional customer service. Thank you again for making this possible for me.

I was searching for a particular fragrance - Inspired by Lime, Basil & Mandarin . Then I spotted The Fragrance - Co. Their version is very competitively priced and the smell is gorgeous, lasts a good while too. I will definitely be looking into other fragrances they offer.
The product was despatched quickly, very well packed. Thank you The Fragrance - Co.
My order number 7657 delivered 26/6/2026.

The scents are amazing and the customer service was second to none. Delivery was incredibly fast, well packaged and eco sound! I made a mistake with my order and one part was wrong (my fault) and John sorted it for me free of charge and sent out what I needed. Amazing. Will be returning :)

Really poor customer service. Just told to wait longer. Delivery info doesn't show up on the oder history so you have no idea where your parcel is. Had to mail customer services to get a tracker. Parcel sat at delivery office for well over a week and still not guaranteed delivery. Maybe be cheap products but the poor service outways that if you need the product for a certain date.

Items were dispatched promptly. Packaged well
Postage price very reasonable. Customer service very good.
Thankyou
