All the perfumes I have bought have been spot on. We have always paid £100 -£200 on perfume all our married life. But the fragrance world is just as good. Always still get great comments 💙💙

Prompt response to failed Post Office delivery. They quickly sent a replacement order. Easy to communicate with Fragrance World. Products are really good.

Sadly very disappointing, poor scent, not even close to what they are based on very weak, and very short lived, will not buy again

I ordered 5 testers and the fragrances smell close to original. However, the longevity is a bit disappointing, as they don’t seem to last more than 3 hours (though they might perform better in winter). Considering the price, I’m not too disappointed, but I would really appreciate it if they lasted at least 6 hours.

Bought perfume that was inspired by Valaya marly, it does not smell anything like it but smells manly. Requested a refund and return on 3rd of April and still no reply . Would not buy again.

Very poor customer service, what I ordered and what was shipped was different. Contacted customer service and they weren’t interested in helping even though the website says they will do everything to keep the customer. Well as of today they have lost my custom. Not good enough .
Note to the company, please don’t reply to this as I gave you four chances to correct your error already.

My sister recommended Fragrance World after I kept commenting on how good she smelt. It was easy to navigate the website, fast delivery, items packaged really well and the fragrances are spot on. In fact someone at work commented on how nice I smelt (which never happens).
