Always great to order from here! The parcel came with festive newspaper style packaging so even saved me on wrapping paper!

Good product at a very reasonable price.

Good quality sandwich wrap, on sale too. Delivered on time.

It took 2weeks for the parcel to arrive.
Also telephone number shown on site was out of service.
Also the wipes were labelled as black (although to be fair the picture showed them as white). It seemed that was describing the outer stitching of the reusable wipes. So that was my mistake. I was offered an exchange , but it wasn’t worth paying the return postage.

Good selection, speedy delivery.

Made a special trip here whilst visiting friends in Bristol for some advice and to purchase some nappies. Barely greeted with a hello and goodbye, no offer of “can I help you with anything?” Gent was too busy on his laptop and we almost seemed like an inconvenience. Maybe a “not” friendly eco in my experience. A real shame as there isn’t a shop like this in Plymouth and we love supporting small businesses, especially as there is a good selection to choose from.

A lovely company with great products. Their website is very easy to navigate and has lots of great information alongside the products. Shipping was quick and efficient. The products are lovely quality and they even sent additional information on how to wash and care for the reusable nappies I purchased. Definitely recommend The Friendly Eco!

The shop has a good assortment of items which is why I used to be a loyal customer. However when I tried to return a 15£water bottle that I was told is ok for a toddler all hell broke loose, My child couldnt use it without my help so I had to return bottle. Emailed shop and no reply. Went in only to be told they dont accept returns for 'used items'. Owner said her 2 year old can use bottle, implying there's something wrong with my child. She never even took a look at the bottle and chose to insult me and my child instead. I have never had a similar experience and would urge everyone to avoid this shop.

Edit: owner's response really goes to show to what lenghts they will go over a 15£ return. Trying to get a refund is not harassment, stop playing victims.... If you didnt keep deleting my reviews I would not have had to post so many in the first place. Looking forward to police contacting me, might finally get my money back.

It was such a relief to find Freya at The Friendly Eco, being able to go to a real person to ask our questions. Great knowledge of reusable nappies, beautiful shop and product presentation, and genuine advice without pushy sales. Online shop and blog are excellent too. We really enjoyed our visit and have already recommended to others - we’ll be back again soon!

Highly recommend the intro to cloth nappy workshop. The friendly eco team are passionate and experienced and share their knowledge in an inclusive and open way. No pressure environment to explore your options.
