Estoy encantado con el servicio de TheGameHosting.com para mi servidor de Minecraft. El rendimiento es excelente, sin lag y con muy buena estabilidad incluso con varios jugadores conectados. La configuración fue sencilla y el panel es muy cómodo de usar. Además, el soporte responde rápido y siempre con soluciones claras. Sin duda, un hosting totalmente recomendado.

Muy buen hosting para jugar con amigos, y muy rápido a la ahora de crear un servidor y al hacer los reinicios.

Excellent! I have a 3 month Minecraft server, and it’s working perfectly!! 10/10

After over 8 hours and still no server provided I requested a cancellation and refund. Then two hours later I got a fault error and I was told that a cancellation would not give me a refund and that I was SoL and would be cancelled at the end of the cycle. Even though I requested this long before the service was ever provided.

Numerous issues occurred, including inquiries about errors on the admin panel, malfunctions in scheduled tasks, and inaccurate port openings.
Even when contacting support, we received irrelevant responses and tickets were left unattended, resulting in multiple unresolved inquiries even after a month.
While they support many games, it's probably best to avoid using it for anything other than major titles.

Let me add one specific example.
- The created task is reported with an image, and there are no configuration errors.
- However, the created task does not execute even when the "next execution time" arrives.
- If I try selecting "Run Now," the command from the created task is successfully sent to the game server, and the game server processes it successfully and restarts.
- Despite the above situation, I have received replies stating that the schedule is not working because the game server is not processing properly.

On February 7th, when version 1.0 was released for the game on the server I was using, the file structure changed.
This caused the server to become unbootable. I requested a change to the startup command, but even after two weeks, I received no response. The server remains unusable, yet I continue to be charged.

Unresolved tickets kept getting closed, so I had to submit multiple tickets.
It took over a month to resolve an issue that rendered the service completely unusable.
They did extend my contract period to compensate for that.
Ultimately, various issues were resolved to a level comparable to other providers.
Basically, because support is slow, I cannot recommend this service to those who want to start using it right away. However, since it is a very affordable service relative to its performance, it is a good choice for those who are not in a hurry to start using it and can resolve game-specific issues on their own.

2 dias esperando una resolución de un pago. El servidor va perfecto, el principal problema es el auto pago que si no pagas el servidor se suspende y esos días los pierdes ya que el servicio es así.
Ahora mismo estoy esperando a la solución, si quieren jugar 1 mes de locos

Desde los primeros días que contraté el servicio note varios errores en los servidores que creaban, pero debido a que yo sabía que había pasado el tiempo para solicitar un reembolso o algo parecido, decidí únicamente solicitar la cancelación del servicio a través de un ticket (ya que no existe una opción en el panel de cliente para ello).

Hoy pasado el tiempo de pago la factura sigue saliendo como "no pagada" (de esperar ya que solicite una cancelación). Pero no hay ninguna respuesta a mi ticket, y el servicio no fue cancelado, por lo que tuve que levantar un par más de tickets para solicitar la cancelación después de que recibiera un par de intentos de cargos a mi cuenta.

Y cuando quise verificar el estado del primer ticket enviado, este simplemente ya no aparecía en el apartado correspondiente, y únicamente hacían presencia los que envié de manera más reciente.

Hosting confiable y a buen precio. La calidad de los servidores es excelente, con buen hardware que permite jugar sin lag ni bajones de rendimiento. Desde que contraté el servicio, mi mundo de Minecraft funciona perfecto, y la atención al cliente es rápida y profesional

El servidor se vende como un servicio de bajo costo pero al contactar con soporte por errores de la misma pagina, demoran hasta 8 horas en responder con un "vemos que tu servidor está funcionando" mientras que la consola y el mismo panel resaltan en contactar a un administrador por errores de host.
