Bought a Nintendo switch- the only place that had them new in stock.No price inflation either. I realised after order that the address had not populated correctly. Emailed customer service who got back to me immediately and it arrived the next day. Brilliant. Thanks

Purchased an item before Christmas, and nothing for two weeks. Then after New Years I received a cancellation email, stating that there was a pricing error on the website and they could not complete my order. Then I had to wait another two weeks for a refund.

I do not believe your claim that there was a price error; not one bit! This stinks of a profit hike, for the Christmas period, to show off to the boss. “Look how much money we made over the holiday, can I have a bonus?!” You know why I believe this, because the item was at RRP!!?!?! You untrustworthy, lying, dishonest, and deceitful committee.

I had a pre-order that didn't turn up on release day. Contacted support a week later (during the height of lockdown) and received a response quite quickly. They apologised and gave me some credit on my account. Game turned up a few days later via Royal Mail. A week later than it should have, but more the fault of Royal Mail than The Gamescollection, though maybe they should offer alternative delivery options? Either way impressed with the quick positive response from them.

Ordered game through Game.co.uk on 21st Nov only to find out was with gamecollection since then have not received game.
Game and myself sent various email and filled in forms which passed to gamecollection but they have never responded. shocking way treat a customer.Only shows they are not a professional company if possible wouldn't give one star Im 71 life to short have this type hassle

Ordered from them last year only to never get it, had to wait over two weeks for my money back, gave them the benefit of the doubt and pre ordered a game last week with them telling me it should arrive by release date, well guess what is release date and it hasn't came!!! Will never use again

They work very fast!
I ordered ps4 game on Sunday and got my item (in Thailand) on Friday.
That is very fast for delivery from UK to Thailand since generally, I have to wait 10-12 days if I order from other UK sites.

5 gamers in my house, this site is amazing, games normally arrive next day, two days max and some games I've saved more then £15 from the next cheapest competitor. Love this site

Wary of trying new games websites out but as cheapness is my weakness I decided to try and bring down my game expenditure. The website was easy to order from and they do have some special prices on certain games. The games I've had have all been sent quickly and as described being well packaged. Based on my experience thus far I'd recommend them.
