Problem with underfloor heating. Engineer arrived on time. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

I had purchased my new radiator and asked GAS to install it. From the moment the two engineers arrived, I knew I was in good hands.

They were friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. They took the time to install the radiator properly, ensuring everything was aligned perfectly and working as it should. There was no rushing, just careful attention to detail and a genuine commitment to doing the job right.

It's refreshing to find tradespeople who combine real expertise with such a positive attitude. They were approachable, happy to answer my questions, and it was obvious they cared about the quality of their work rather than simply completing another job.

The whole experience was first class, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GAS to anyone looking for skilled, reliable and trustworthy heating engineers.

A huge thank you to both engineers. Outstanding workmanship and excellent customer service throughout. Five stars, thoroughly deserved.

Excellent service again from the Gas Appliance Showroom, Malvern. We always use them as their work is excellent and they respond quickly to any queries. They are reliable and courteous. They clean up after themselves and are respectful in the house (shoes off without asking etc). They are a pleasure to have in the house.

An engineer carried out a boiler service for us recently. He was punctual, courteous and worked tidily. He gave us some very useful advice for making the best use of our boiler. Thank you. Needless to say, I would thoroughly recommend the Gas Appliance Showroom, Malvern.

Following a repair to our boiler in December the team in the office arranged a survey for a replacement boiler and following acceptance of their quote they kept us informed of the dates and engineers who would attend . The new boiler was installed over the past 2 days. Stewart and Ethan arrived on time, they were professional, efficient, considerate, cheerful and tidy. Stewart carefully set up the new controls and explained how to manage and change the settings. A very pleasant experience thank you

Excellent service. Easy to book, two timely email reminders. The gas engineer arrived on time, was warm, efficient and polite. All very straightforward and positive.

When the Ben arrived he inspected the problem and diagnosed the fault. Due to the proximity of Christmas he made sure he ordered the parts and arranged the repair date as soon as possible - just before Christmas. Very satisfactury outcome.
