The Gas Centre and The BBQ Shop レビュー

Items arrived well packaged and extremely quickly. Very impressed.

No problems. Good service

Thegascentre brilliant company supplied exactly what I needed shame about the delivery agent Dpd who woke my neighbor up for a item that would have gone through my letterbox

Fantastic range of BBQs and they know their stuff.

From someone who has had BBQs for years, these guys are a god-send. They keep me stocked up on fantastic quality accessories, sauces,l and rubs. There isn’t much they don’t know about BBQs! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I was personally recommended the Gas Centre BBQ Shop for my BBQ and they did not disapoint. From the first phone call they guided me through their catalog and we found the best bbq for our family and we couldn’t be happier with it! The bbq is so good that we felt like we really started to make the most of our garden this summer and we are even going to stick our turkey on the bbq for Christmas!! 🎄

By far one of the most friendly and helpful companies I have ever dealt with. Matt who is the man on the other end of the phone will stop at nothing to sort any problems. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fantastic customer service! We ordered a bbq as a surprise present and they were great at helping with delivery and ordering the right model.

Wow what sizzling service! Prompt, helpful and took the time to get my replacement burner spot on. There was no lacking in trying to find the right burner - even though the original replacement was supposedly the correct part. Swapping pictures and details of the burner and venturi and several phone calls all were dealt with great patience as I learned the minefield of replacement BBQ parts. But we got there in the end and doubt if others would have persevered to ensure the right part was provided!

Great service from the gas centre. I'm In France and they sorted delivery at reasonable price and delivered in 2 days. Would completely recommend them

easy to order from turned up next day. Did the job I needed perfect.

I have used this company many times now, and I would not think of going anywhere else for anything BBQs. Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Staff are polite, knowledgeable and always happy to help.
I recommend this company to everyone

Excellent, easy purchase.

Great communication, fast delivery, excellent product. Delighted!

The customer service is second to none. It only took a phone call to an extremely friendly and helpful person to get my problem solved immediatel. Thank you.

Excellent burner. When it was too rainy for a BBQ and too windy for a camping stove, the burner just cracked on.
Zero issues.
Also used less gas than I thought it would.
It was an online purchase and the Gas Centre took the trouble to phone me when I wasn't sure about the set up and had sent them an email. Great service.

Good products, great service, competitive pricing. What more can I say.

It is a long time since I have received this level of exemplary service .
The purchase process was very simple
Immediate confirmation along with a personalised email
Delivery next day
A very minor problem arose with the purchased item ... which was not the fault of the Gas Centre ... The issue was dealt with immediately by Dawn and at no inconvenience at all or cost to me this was exceptional I will definitely use your services again .
Others should use the gas Centre as a template of quality &excellence

Great service and well priced products.
I made a mistake on ordering a BBQ cover. (my silly fault)
The mistake was rectified extremely efficiently by the gas centre. Thoroughly recommended!
