The Gem Office レビュー

The Gem Office have been helping with the testing stage of the Chance dating app. They’ve recruited testers, put together social media adverts and kept track of all the feedback and technical issues in a spreadsheet, which has made it much easier for us and the developers to see what needs fixing.

They’ve also helped organise documents and liaised with the development team when needed. Jemimah and Grace are easy to work with, very organised and always keep on top of everything. They’ve been a really useful addition to the project and the team are looking forward to their continued support.

Working with Jemimah and Grace has been an absolute game-changer for our business. From day one, they have been professional, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We needed support to organise our administration and improve the day-to-day running of the business, and they exceeded our expectations. They streamlined our internal processes, took ownership of key administrative tasks, and helped create a seamless workflow from customer quotations right through to invoicing and workshop management.

Their attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to finding better ways of working have made a genuine impact on how our business operates. Thanks to their support, our processes are smoother, our team is more organised, and we can spend more time focusing on growing the business.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jemimah and Grace to any business looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive support. They have been a real asset to our team.

Being out on the job means I often end up doing admin late at night after a long day. The Gem Office have helped me manage my bookings, calendar and keep track of leads. My business runs more efficiently thanks to their support. I would highly recommend The Gem Office to any business looking for reliable, professional administrative and virtual PA support.

As someone juggling horses, family life and running a business, my personal admin has become overwhelming. From managing appointments, bookings and invoices to keeping track of important dates and endless daily tasks, I really needed support from someone I could trust.

Working with Jemimah and Grace has been fantastic. They’re professional, organised and so easy to work with. They quickly understood what I needed and have taken a huge amount of pressure off my shoulders. I now spend far less time worrying about my to do list and sitting at my laptop and more time focusing on my family, business and horses.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If your personal admin is getting on top of you, Jemimah and Grace are worth every penny. You can’t put a price on quality of life.
