Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We want to clarify that we would never dispatch a U.S. order without first receiving confirmation from the customer. We always send an email before dispatching any U.S. order, asking the customer to confirm that, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, customs and import duties of approximately 45–50% of the order value would apply. These fees are determined by the customs authorities. This process ensures that you are fully aware of any additional charges before your order is processed and shipped.

If your order was dispatched without your confirmation, please let us know at CSHead@thegivingmovement.com and share the order details along with the amount you paid. We assure you this is not the standard process and that we always ensure to be transparent with our customers.
