Poor customer service
I tried using the black tapes, but they were too itchy for my skin. I then switched to the transparent ones, which only worked for a few days. Unfortunately, my skin is very sensitive, and I kept getting pimples on my nose, so I couldnât even complete the threeâmonth treatment.
I also didnât realise I was subscribed to receive a new order every three months, and I missed the 72âhour notification email â that was my mistake. However, after the first quick reply from customer service informing me that the $155 would not be refunded, they stopped responding altogether.
I asked if I could return the tapes at my own cost through the post office so I could at least recover part of the money, but again, no reply. I truly hope that $150 makes a meaningful difference to the company.
