Everything was completed in the alotted time by craftsmen and staff to a very high standard. We were very satisfied with everything and would recommend The Granite House.

Everything about our experience was great - from the initial appointment to turn around time of quotes and final installation. Really pleased with both the quality and finish of the worktop. I will return!

We had new worktops installed and they did a great job. Really nice men who came and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely be this company.

I went into The Granite House having absolutely no idea what I was looking for - other than some kind of worktop. Luckily for me the team there were well prepared for my lack of knowledge.

Lynne in the showroom talked me through colours, materials, finishes (matt vs gloss), as well as the pros and cons of each. She also gave me some great advice on colours based on what was already in my kitchen.

Gary came round to template for the worktop and he couldn't have been more patient with me, repeatedly explaining the various edge styles and corner radiuses.

Jack and Connor came to fit the worktop and, continuing the theme of the company, they were incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable. They each talked me through the do's and don'ts of maintenance as well as which products they recommend using to clean the surface.

The whole process was made stress free by this lovely team. If you're on the fence about working with them, don't be.

I needed a piece of quartz as part of a bar area in my daughters house and couldn't find anything reasonably priced. A friend told me about The Granite House in Bicester. Off-cuts galore, really lovely staff who know what they are talking about and so helpful with the corner design and....so reasonably priced. Brilliant experience.

Staff in the office were friendly and helpful and special thank you to Lynne for managing to bring my installation date forward with virtually no notice. Measuring and fitting were done with great professionalism and we’re delighted with the result - the quality of the worktop is superb.

Very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Lynne has been very helpful and understanding (!) as we changed stone and design. Simon did an excellent job of tempting and the tolerances are mm perfect. Special mention to Jack who did the install of kitchen and bathroom. The finish is perfect and he had lots of great advice on aftercare.

From start finish amazing service and quality. Lynne from the office was amazing throughout the process, ensuring all the details were captured for a smooth installation. The finish is unbelievable quality. The joints are seemless and the upstand and window sill really finish it off. Tha ks to the install team for communication throughout despite me not being on site. Clean and tidy and respectful of our house. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the granite house. We had a worktop fitted 15 months ago which we were so pleased with. I accidentally dropped a cup out the cupboard which chipped the worktop. They sent 2 guys out to repair it free of charge which I never expected not to pay as it was my fault. The guys that came out were really lovely and professional. Would highly recommend

Granite House were incredibly helpful when we needed to change our order and templating date and the guys who came to fit the worktops were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the final product and would happily recommend them.

Very happy with the installation of new worktops . The installation team did a great job and gave some useful advice on aftercare of the product.. Lynne coordinated the whole thing and kept me upto date with regular emails on timings etc . Would definitely recommend them

I would highly recommend The Granite House. We visited them in Bicester when looking for a suitable quartz. Lynne was really helpful showing us various styles and giving samples to take home and try against the kitchen.
Joe was really quick in sending over prices and was so accommodating even when I kept changing what I wanted :)
Templating took place quickly and given a fitting date for soon after - they even fitted a week earlier than planned
Spoke to other suppliers who were not as good as were not able to do the nice clean sink recess that the granite house could!!
Can’t recommend highly enough!!
