I've been dealing with The Green Tanners for over 6 months now regarding a commission that is owed to me. Their attitude seems to be entirely focused on driving sales, but once it's time to honor their commitment and pay out commissions, they go silent.

I have followed up repeatedly through calls and messages, and I either get no response at all or vague promises with no follow-through. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the people who help generate their business.

If you're considering working with them as an affiliate, partner, or referral source, be cautious — getting paid what you're owed does not seem to be a priority for them. I would not recommend doing business with them until they show they can be trusted to follow through on their financial commitments.

Received immediate feedback about extra "optional" shipping charges. Green Tanners answered my concerns and I am continuing with my purchase.

I really appreciate the excellent communication. The order process was quick and easy. Now just anxiously awaiting my product.

The belt arrived crumpled and had spots of glue and smelled quite bad; it was unwearable. When I contacted them, first they were going to send me a replacement and when I asked for a status they backtracked and offered me a 30% discount. That amount would not even cover the tariff I paid. Would not recommend.

Still no reply about shipping dates times asked clearly when arrival would be and asked if if would show up before the the 28th of June no reply selected blue in color still have not seen the color or type of blue it will be so it’s a blind order I hope to god it’s a good one.

You get what you pay for. Quality items. Needs more consistency in communication for shipping status.

Item arrived and leather passes the burn test - however it was clearly stored extremely poorly.

The leather is cracking, and the outside it beyond repair. Even with conditioning, this item will not last.

Clear selection was made for the "pretty" leather portion to face outwards, while the inner portion is rough and damaged, and will actually press against a person/skin and should not.

The quality of the product is outstanding and the communication has been extremely open and honest, I highly recommend the company and craftsmanships.

Shipped immediately, showed up quickly, product is exactly as advertised.

I was a bit worried when status was ready to ship for a longer period, combined with some negative feedbacks here. But seller fast replied to my messages and now I have got what I ordered! The order status shows wrong and they get worried customers and bad feedback here. The quality is great! It's worth the waiting to get real quality products. Thanks to this small family business
