Fantastic Service! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite, friendly and helpful. Order was placed yesterday at 15:20 and arrived before 10:00 this morning.

Having been let down by a different supplier this positive experience with the grooming clinic was exactly what I needed. I look forward to ordering again in the future, I can’t recommend enough.

Cheaper than the manufacturers and 2 day delivery.

Ordered two items from this company, wasn't in a particular rush for the delivery but was impressed to see it arrive the next day. Nicely packaged, easy to order and good value. Only positive things to say when it comes to this company

Very prompt service. The shaving cream is excellent and has a lovely odour.

I can't fault the grooming clinic both for giving advice and the best delivery that I've experienced. Therefore I've no problem giving the grooming clinic five stars.

My favourite perfume Eccentric Molecule 01 was being sold at a discounted price. Product was delivered quickly and well packaged.

Great products and excellent customer service.

Can't fault this company. Recently used them for the second time, for products that are not easily found elsewhere (eg a shave stick). It was even quicker this time than before. Ordered at 4pm on a Friday, got emailed advice that the products were on their way within two hours, and delivery at 2.30pm the following day, Saturday. And yes, the hand-written thank you on the invoice is a nice touch!

Great selection and prices. Ordered something and paid next day delivery for my wife’s birthday. Sadly the carrier held it up, TGC were most helpful, chasing it up and refunded my next day delivery cost. First class communication and service, would not hesitate to purchase again or to recommend.

Quite possibly the fastest delivery I have had in many years. Ordered at 4:30pm and arrived with the postman the next morning. The box smells incredible and I asked what the scent was and bought that too. The hand written note on the delivery slip is a lovely touch and makes the whole experience feel much more personal. Highly commended and highly recommended.

Easy to order on the website, prompt delivery, but sadly contained a wrong product. Not the best customer service, no offer to refund Next Day delivery (£6.99) and told correct item will be posted out once I return the incorrect one. Lots of online retailers, perhaps the bigger companies, offer much quicker solutions when they are at fault. Think I'll shop elsewhere.

Service is secondary to none super fast responses and only too happy to help I have to recommend to anyone wanting to purchase you will be in the best of hands with the GC ! Will absolutely shop again.

My first time buying from this company & I must say, from ordering to delivery was hassle free, very quick & a wonderful shopping experience. 2 samples were enclosed with my order & a beautiful fragrance came from the box itself. I wished all companies would operate like this. Lastly but not least, somebody actually wrote THANK YOU on the note enclosed. Who does that these days. Highly recommend, though room for minor improvements keeps it from a perfect score. Four stars!
