These friends are So adorable, well made, and very cuddly. I'm planning on purchasing the entire collection. I'm very excited to read the book too. I've purchased a T-shirt for my daughters Easter basket that I know she will wear every day

I've ordered Grumpy Baby Octopus and received it within 10 days, despite of the approaching Christmas. The toy is awesome, probably the funniest I've ever seen, quality without any complaints.

However shopping experience can be improved: there is no way no see or charge your data after you place an order. But considering great support service this should not be a problem.

I ordered several items. The grumpy sloth was a huge hit. The grumpy octopus as well. I have my family hooked on these cuties. I also love my shirt too. I received a size that was too big. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me the correct size. I was told I didn't need to return the previous wrong size. So nice!

Customer Service was awesome. My Grumpy Shark didn't get shipped right away and customer service was right on it. Had it resolved and shipped out same day I contacted them.

I am really excited. The product (grumpy octopus) is really great. Well made and it looks like the photos. Now to customer service: If I could, I would give it 10 stars. Unfortunately my first order was lost in the mail. I promptly received a reply to my email and a replacement was sent immediately. Even though I live in Germany, shipping was very fast. I will order here again and can fully recommend it.

They handled it so quickly and swiftly with absolutely no hassle to me and I am 100% planning to have a long standing relationship with this company. I had a horrible experience with Fed ex, but they were very calm and and understanding of the situation and sent me a replacement ASAP. They are great and I was satisfied with the product and service! :)

It took a while to arrive (delivered to UK). I've ordered in November and it arrived yesterday, right on time before moving to a new address, but it took longer than usual also because of the Black Friday. I got very prompt replies to all my emails and they kept me updated everytime I asked. So if you have any problems with your order, they will be happy to assist. The toy is absolutely gorgeous. Quite big and good quality. So happy about it! Thank you guys!

The Grumpy Octopus was a great gift. I ordered the item in early December, but UPS lost the item. The company was very helpful and tried to find out what happened. I did not receive Grumpy for Christmas, but it arrived five days after Christmas. My friend loved it. It has beautiful eyes and bigger than I thought.

This company is amazing! I can only recomend them! they are there for the costomer and do what they can to serve us at best and i really apreciate that.. Really really much!

What a great product- just adorable. I purchased the octopus and the penguin for my boys. I thought they were so cute. My kids did too! And customer service was great! I had issues with delivery on one, not only did they keep me posted, when it did delivered, they followed up with a email to be sure I was happy. Great customer service.

I ordered two plush grumpy Octopies, a grumpy penguin, a grumpy sloth, and a stress Octopus and they all were great quality! The plush ones were larger than I expected, but they are so soft and cute. They come with their own little story tags which makes them even funnier. The business was great to deal with even when the sloth took a little longer to ship out. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly letting me know it would be just a little longer and then sent me a tracking number when it was shipped. I definitely recommend getting ANY of the grumpy family because they will definitely brighten your day any time you see them!

Terrible service.
I ordered three toys, they shipped each toy in a separate order!!! And after three weeks they have not yet arrived. One package is coming by UPS, one is coming by dhl courrier. And dhl courrier says that they attempted delivery, which is an obvious lie, because we were home all- day and we live in a house, no appartment, just one door. All delivery drivers just leave the packages at the door. The customer service staff can’t even tell me where the packages are. The third toy hasn’t even shipped it seems after three weeks! They don’t know. They claim that they were somehow surprised by christmas, a holiday that arrives on the same day every year surprised them!? Complete incompetents and none of these gifts will arrive before Christmas as promised.

Customer service is extremely nice! Quality of my sloth was great so I ordered a penguin as well!
