You can’t return or exchange clothing that doesn’t fit
You see the clothing advertised a lot on Facebook and it all looks comfy and super stretchy. I ordered a pair of jeans. I checked measurements carefully on the size chart before ordering. They took about 2 weeks to arrive and when they did, they were too narrow to get over my hips comfortably. The waist was much more rigid than the videos suggested, so not good for curvy body shape. Once I wriggled into them, the fit was nice but the difficulty in wriggling in and out of them made them unsuitable. I am 5’3 and wear size 12 in uk. I ordered medium.
The trouble is, that you cannot return an item or exchange an item so you are stuck with what you order regardless of whether it fits. They are not cheap so this is a gamble. Halara said returns are refused unless faulty. So the choice was lose my money or accept a voucher 😡😡😡 this is completely unacceptable for a clothing company so I won’t order again.
