Purchased a dress - absolutely awful - asked to return for full refund. Offered 10% refund and keep the dress. Declined. Offered 20% and keep the dress.Declined. Offered maximum 30% and keep the dress. Declined. Returned tracked to China and company initially claimed dress not released by customs and 2 months later ignoring my emails. They are a scam Ordering cheap rubbish from China via USA - I am going to report to trading standards

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of their clothes is inferior, the company is nothing like it promises on the website. I am still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks and now the company is not even answering my emails.

Don’t buy anything from this company the quality is inferior and colours are not as the nice website description.
If you want to return it’s not possible, unless you want to pay to return it to China. The company sells itself as a uk company but obviously it’s not.

I am sickened to have been drawn (conned) into purchasing 3 Polo Shirts. The quality was exceptionally poor. Buttons and colors were not as represented. The stitching around the collar was coming apart. The company don't accept returns in the UK and having returned them back to China they have taken no action to make a refund. Please do not fall for their misleading advertisements.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought thinking it was two sisters from Cambridge. Dress took ages to come. When it arrived it was of very poor quality . However it was too big. I reached out to them to return and they offer. % refund maximum of 30%. Like a fool I’ve just spent £20 to return it and highly likely I won’t get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETURN ANYTHING. THEY WANT YOU TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE AND WILL THEN OFF YOU A 30% REFUND. THEY'LL APOLOGISE LIKE MAD FOR THEIR MISTAKES BUT YOU STILL WON'T GET YOUR MONEY.

I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing.
I ordered on the 8th August and I’ve still not received my dress (22nd now)
After reading reviews now I expect when the dress does arrive I’ll be unhappy with the quality which I spent £45 in a sale item.
Yes I was taken in by the website that they were based in England and had good reviews.
Lesson learnt.

DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY ‘THE HARTLEY SISTERS’ WEBSITE! I paid £35 including postage for a dress. When the dress finally (more than 2 weeks to deliver) arrived it was a really bad fit and the material was cheap & shiny. To return it I had to email the company which I then found out was based in China, not Cambridge, as the web site suggests! I checked with my local Post Office the cost to return it to China which was £25! I emailed them back complaining that there was no mention, on ordering that they were based in China. They did reply but only to offer me a 10% refund on my order which I took. Also, there is nowhere on their website to leave a review - no surprise there! And when I tried to click on the reviews, nothing happened. Then I realised that every single dress on the website had the same star rating & number of reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A TOTAL SCAM.

Terrible company I feel well and truly stitched up big time. Poor quality,stitching coming undone not like picture . I wouldn't of been given it let alone pay £32 .

China not Cambridge and took 27 days to arrive and too shocking to put in a charity bag. NOT anyway shape or form like the chiffon layered dress I paid 40.00 for. Two different colours, sides pulled, overlocking stitch showing.
Now 22.00 pound to send back....no way...they having the last laugh....me, lesson learnt I stopped email ordering. Fuming😤😤😤🤬

The item took 2 weeks to arrive and unfortunately did not fit my daughter so needed to be returned. There lies the problem. It would cost £9.95 postage! Turns out their warehouse is in China and not Cambridge as in the blurb about how they started up. Email communication initially good but then they ignored me. Don’t buy from them.

Shoddy poor quality shirts...Nothing like the ones advertised in colour or fabric. Waited 2 weeks for delivery...sent from China not Cambridge.
Avoid buying from this company, it is a total scam.

Scam. Avoid. They claim to have a boutique in Cambridge with free UK post. I paid £35 for what looked like a beautiful dress. It took a long time to arrive and when it did I was horrified by the awful quality. It’s cheap, shapeless and nothing like the photo. If I want to return it I have to send it to China at my own expense. I’m so annoyed that I fell for their marketing. It’s all lies.

My order has never been delivered. I received emails telling me delivery was imminent but tracking shows China airport. I have therefore lost my money through this scam

Don't be fooled by the glossy website, made up back story and tempting products: it's a Chinese scam company. You'll receive poor goods and the only way to return is to send back to China at your own expense.

Do not have anything to do with this company. It is a complete scam. Like the other reviewers I waited a long time for my item and the quality was appalling. on Instagram it claims that there is a sale on and that the prices are sale prices. One look at the quality will tell you this is absolutely not true.I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to send it back to China to get one. The website claims that this is a company run by two sisters in Cambridge which is obviously a complete lie. Just because the items are delivered by Royal Mail it does not mean that the company is based in the UK.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would advise anyone considering making a purchase from this site to WALK AWAY NOW! The two items which I purchased are of such poor quality. The photographs on the website do not reflect the reality in the least. Poorly made,poor quality fabric.No fabric content or fabric care label.

If you want to return items you need to pay to send them back to China and this will include paying customs fees and shipping costs.

The quite stylish website ranks of two sisters who love fashion- I would suggest this is a complete sham.

Nice website but dress that arrived looks rubbish... poor materials, poor fit, not at all as described. Straight from China and returns are to China at customer's expense!

I received item which was unsatisfactory & requested address for returns on three occasions but have not received it. Do not use this company.

Absolutely shocking steer clear at all costs!!
I waited nearly a month for item to arrive which was not what I ordered and very poor quality . When I wanted to return due to item not as described was offered 10 per cent to keep then 20 then 30…. I still wanted to return and would not give me return shipping despite their mistake!! The chew on customs etc to return and cost is ridiculous!!! DO NOT USE!!
