Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The only feedback i have is to have more water jug as we had to keep refilling the water jug back and forth - it was 1 water jug shared across 20 kids + parents and siblings!

We catered at healthlink for our daughter’s 10th birthday. There were 11 kids and we irdered 12 party packs assuming there will be a couple of each food item in each pack but were disappointed to see just 1 piece of each item in it - when we went to the counter to order more of chicken strips and pizzas they were run out . The kids were hungry after an hour of swim fun and a little advise to order more or to clearly call out how much each pack contains would have helped us plan better .

The food was not very fresh. The ice cream cake was expiring in a week. Also the staff had no clue about catering. Only one member was aware. The rest couldn’t help open a tab for drinks. I’m glad I didn’t order all the catering through the team

The children enjoyed the food, thay was brought out on time
The team was organized

Purchased a ham cheese and tomatoe sandwich from wave pool in Glen waverley. The attendant was encouraging me to have it toasted - now I know why! The bread was so stale. Very disappointed- sandwich fell apart in my hand. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

It was easy to order through your company. it made all of the party planning easy and the consultant whom I spoke to over the phone prior to the event was lovely and knowledgeable. However, the prices are exorbitant and would put a lot off. I ordered due to no external catering allowed in.
