Super helpful and easy! Helped us book restaurants and came up with loads of great activity and hotel suggestions tailored to our preferences.
Would 100% use again!

I was looking for different travel experiences. I love yoga and am very health conscious.
I found The Healthy Holiday Company with a search engine. I had tried another retreat type holiday last year with disastrous outcome. So was very nervous.

I contacted Esther giving her a full and honest outline of what I wanted from the experience.

She sent me a few ideas which we then discussed more fully.

I chose Shanti Som as I had not travelled to Spain their location is stunning set up in the hills.

Esther put together a couple of different options for me to choose from. It was so helpful and made my choice very easy.

She also booked my flights. So I could just show up and have no worries.

Such a good supportive company who I would trust. She listened and heard me. Other companies have not done this. You are an individual to them which is a breathe of fresh air.

I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them to my friends.

I enjoyed the experience. It was a safe trip for a solo female traveler. The resort and activities were gorgeous. The only thing I would improve is some of the timing. The first day was a little rushed if you took the preferred flight.

After a brilliant Padel tour to Pine Cliffs I must say Leanne was absolutely fantastic in rescheduling our tour one week out for the departure date as a result of a large storm in Portugual. Everything was done without any extra costs from healthy holiday company they were brilliant. We have used them twice now and next year we have every intention of using them again.

Overall great experience. Esther is so attentive and considerate, she listens to my needs and tailored made our holiday plan with all the details as I wanted . Even when I attempted to change the schedule, she was trying to coordinate and find the best solutions for us . Top notch service!

Well organized - very smooth - as advertised

I have used Healthy Holiday Company before, so I turned to them when I wanted a break in February. Esther was kind and helpful in exploring options with me, and patient with my list of things I wanted/didn’t want. In the end I opted for Longevity at Alvor in Portugal (with some trepidation as it’s less pretentious and cheaper than some others I have experienced, and the online reviews for the hotel side of the business are not great). I did one of their all-in programmes and am very pleased indeed with the choice. Without Esther’s guidance I’d not have picked it, so many thanks for the guidance

Alex has truly worked wonders in organising a magical and memorable trip to Koh Samui for a 60th birthday celebration. The experience was seamless from start to finish. We spent a wonderful week with the Healthy Holiday Company on Mustique - our third holiday with them.
There was a huge range of activities on offer such as yoga, pilates, fitness classes, hiking, horse riding, snorkeling, lectures on health topics and more! The villa we stayed in was lovely with a huge pool, beautiful views, and wonderful staff.
