Needed to have some work done on my boiler flue quickly and Philip came same day. He came back the following week to do the larger piece of work. I contacted him after asking for recommendations from my community FB page and his name was shared multiple times! Will be back for routine boiler service in future.

Really helpful, pinpointed what was wrong with our boiler and fixed our shower at the same time. I liked how we received text confirmation of appointment and were sent notifications of expected arrival time. I would use Jones Heating services again.

I booked a boiler check for my new house 5 weeks prior to my move in date.
Received a confirmation e mail right away and them, a text the fay before.
On moving in day, another text with his estimated arrival. Bang on.
Very polite young man. He stripped the boiler down, cleaned everything and reassured me that all was well. He then went on to show me the best economical settings for heating and water.
Has told me not to hesitate to call if I have any worries.
I will thoroughly recommend this company. Top class.

I was able to track Philip, the engineer, on my phone so knew exactly when he’d arrive. The boiler was serviced really quickly and Philip even taught us a think or two about how the system works and tips for saving money.

We were looking for a gas engineer to fix our mother’s gas boiler however unknown to us someone had popped in and fixed her boiler while we were looking. We discovered this was Philip from Jones Heating in Dalgety Bay. My Mothers boiler then required its annual service and we didn’t hesitate to contact Philip to undertake the service. Philip arrived on time , with a text 15 minutes before hand to say when he was accepted to arrive.
Philip ordered the part and arranged to come back two days later to fix the problem.
