I had the opportunity to receive mentoring from Allegra, and it was truly transformative. Through our discussions, we shared valuable insights that shifted my perspective on life, reality, and the limits we unknowingly place on ourselves. I gained a deeper understanding of how fear and self-imposed barriers can hold us back from growth. The experience has been eye opening, and I highly recommend The Higher You to anyone looking for personal development and a fresh way to see the world.

My 1st call with Allegra was wonderful and we immediately clicked. She put me at ease and made me feel that I was in a safe private space with her. I felt really happy to have someone like her as a sounding board and a voice of reasoning. I've been looking for someone to help my inner thoughts and fears.. to help me work through my insecurities and all the other emotions I feel and want to improve - I believe I've found that in Allegra.

I got public speaking sessions with Allegra and it was amazing 🤩 She gave me special training for a conference in my job and correct me the tone , pronunciation and the most important thing reinforcement of self confidence . Very happy with the results , totally recommend her
