I’ve had a very similar experience to others here.
We purchased a car from them last month and reported issues within 3 days of driving it away. We contacted George immediately to raise concerns, including discrepancies around the service history and missing parts that had been promised.
At the time, we were reassured that everything would be resolved. However, despite multiple follow-ups via calls, emails, and letter before notice, we’ve not received a response.
We are now in the process of pursuing this formally.
Has anyone had any success in resolving a claim or taking this further?
