Thank you Carrie for organising my Civil Rights Trail of the southern states of America adventure, with a couple of extra nights in New Orleans tagged on to the beginning. Your communication from the very start was excellent and your attention to the finest of details made it a very easy experience. Carrie was fantastic in helping us to organise a multi stop holiday to the America and Hawaii. We had 8 different hotels, 6 flights and 3 different car hire bookings – Carrie made the whole process feel so easy and manageable. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or unsure if we had forgotten anything. She checked us in for all our flights, sent us links for the car hire bookings so we could skip the queues and made sure we were well looked after. She was great when we last minute needed to change car hire details on two different occasions, after a simple WhatsApp message she came back and had amended the booking and even saved us money! I highly recommend Carrie to take the stress away from booking your next holiday! Thank you Carrie!

We have just returned from our first family holiday to Iceland. Travelling with a 1 year old was a little nerve wracking but I would highly recommend doing it. Gemma was on hand to help with lots of questions & suggestions. It was my 30th birthday and we received a lovely upgrade and a welcome gift.

We were able to make changes to the holiday along the way and this really helped with the flexibility needed when travelling with a toddler.

Not normally someone to use a TA, on this occasion it proved worthy. Gemma was helpful & supportive when we had the occasional query & we even had a little treat delivered to our cabin to welcome us to the world of Virgin Voyages.

We have just booked our luxury holiday to Bali for next year with Laura. Right from the get go she was so helpful. She asked what we wanted from our trip and also gave her opinions and ideas that we hadn’t thought of ourselves. She gave us different options to suit our budget and was nothing short of amazing when I kept changing my mind. She has been easy to keep in contact with and has been informative and has given us great advice. Would definitely use again and will be contacting in future for all of our trips.

Carrie recently organised our honeymoon to Thailand, she was amazing throughout the process working to our budget and coming up with numerous options based on what we were looking for.
We ended up going for Thailand and had a beautiful holiday, everything ran smoothly our flights, transfers and stop over all organised by Carrie ran with no problems. Carrie doesn’t just book your holiday and disappear, she looks after you through the whole process, she helped up with were to setup a honey fund so that we could have trips on our honeymoon as our gift list and she also showed us where we could book the trips…both worked really well! She also booked us on to all of our flights which was really helpful with us travelling days after the wedding and when we flew back there were issues with air traffic control and Carrie tracked our flight to make sure we had no issues. Carrie really does go the extra mile and I would have no hesitation on recommending her.

Myself and my family have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Marbella Corfu hotel, which was booked by Joanna at the Holiday Fixer. Joanna was so helpful from recommending the hotel, booking our flights, transfers to liaising with the concierge team at the hotel to make sure we were booked in to the All Inclusive restaurants at the selective time that we required. I would highly recommend Joanna as a travel agent, everything from start to finish was an excellent service and we will certainly be using Joanna again to book our future holidays.

Priyanka has booked two holidays for us (one to Iceland and the other to Ljubljana) and I wouldn't hesitate to book more with her. She took the time to really understand what we wanted and as a result the hotels and trips were great. I really appreciated her insight into our destinations- because she has travelled extensively she can often give first hand recommendations on hotels and trips. One holiday was during COVID restrictions and she really went the extra mile to ensure we had all the latest information and could relax and enjoy our holiday.

My husband and I have just experienced the holiday of a life time in the USA for 3 weeks thanks to The Holiday Fixer arranged the whole vacation for us with great professionalism, working with us to achieve it - there is no way I could arranged any of this without them - they are fantastic and I can highly highly recommend them.

We have booked a couple of holidays through Priyanka now and each time the service has been excellent. Pri has always been so helpful; from the initial planning stage, all the way through to the time of going away. She booked our 10 year wedding anniversary trip and when we arrived at our first hotel, she had organised a bottle of fizz for us in our room which was such a lovely and personal touch. I would highly recommend Priyanka to plan your holiday, however big or small!

We've booked two trips through Priyanka and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Priyanka considered all (there were many!) of our requests and came up with some fantastic suggestions of destinations and hotels that we hadn't even thought about.
