Lol first of all your selling a great product love the shower panels,
Family and friends brag about them all the time I have 1 panel installed 10years ago still looks good and works well.
I'm not that tech Savoy but found the website kinda easy to use i manage to get my orders

The product I receive had a problem and the business was able to resolve the issue as soon as I was able to contact them about it.

The company reached out to me to ensure that I have the correct nozzle. That way would attach to the part. I was ordering prior to confirming the order. I was greatly appreciative of this as it saves time and money for both parties should be part have been wrong and the order just put through. I don’t really see that kind of customer service anymore so I was very impressed. I highly recommend this company.

Process was easy. Received the product quickly.

I have placed an order for an item that I saw on the website and the client did not accept the product and I try to cancel the item. I have called in no answer left voice messages No answer and I have written an email saying that I would want to cancel my order. No answer and I got my delivery. Which I want to return and get paid back my money and I haven't heard back from them.

I ordered the item and it was quickly processed. I was also kept up to date with the process

I had been looking for over a year to find parts for my shower panel. I finally found a contact and they provided me your email information. When I inquired by email about a part for my shower panel it was responded to quickly and I was able to order the part.

The Home Budget Houseware had parts for a shower tower panel that I could not find anywhere else. The shipping was free and they arrived in a timely matter. The parts were well packaged and priced reasonably. They look to be of good quality.

After having trouble ordering a part online i contacted the store directly and they were able to promptly help me via text. Part was ordered and delivered at a reasonable time frame and was the correct fit for my blue ocean shower panel.

This was a replacement part for a shower tower purchased 5 years ago. Very glad to be able to replace the hand wand with an exact replacement. Works great.
