Friendly fast service and great prices

If any of your diving gear needs servicing then you really need to use The Honest Diver. I have used a few companies local to me and there is always a small issue with my kit even after servicing.

Jim was in touch with me as soon as I purchased the regulator service, keeping me well informed of the process. He produced a report which was incredibly thorough and also showed the true condition of my regulators. I am so grateful for the quick turnaround and the attention to detail from Jim. I will definitely be using them again. Good value for money and outstanding customer service. Thank you again!

I placed a back order with The Honest Diver for an orange Fourth Element diving bag. Within an hour or so, HD had reached out via video message to inform me that unfortunately, FE were no longer manufacturing the bag in that colour. They were able to get another colour sorted out and I received it later that week, with a hand written note and a bag of sweets! This is probably the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, I'd give six stars if I could.

Great service, very helpful and patient. I needed to find somewhere to get my first set of regs serviced so I had quite a few questions and uncertainty about the process. Any question I had was answered and advice was given. The turnaround time was amazing as well, I will definitely be using again for the next service and anything else I need in the future.

Thank you for my shiny, new Shearwater Perdix II, answering my questions and checking in on stuff I didn't even know to ask.
