Customer service has gone downhill
Used to be excellent customer service and speedy delivery but both have really gone downhill in the last couple of months. I had one order take so long to arrive thanks to Royal Mail that I needed to source from elsewhere. I returned the Horse Vet order - and it took them a whole week to acknowledge that it had been received back and refunded with an automated email. The email says it will now take 10 days to be refunded. So Iâll be out of pocket for a whole month with no apology.
