Extremely competent and professional, Ben responded to my initial enquiry straight away and used Google maps to survey the sight and assess the possibilities. I was given very clear instructions on how to provide additional information regarding the access around potential restrictions. They were brilliant! Brought a huge crane on the arranged date and lifted the large swim spa away from a sunken pit in my back garden. I’m so happy to have chosen to get this done professionally by them as it was done in a few hours and I’m in no doubt that if I had tried to do this independently I would have encounted many challenges, probably injuries and taken a week or two and probably ended up with significant unexpected costs. First class operation, I can’t recommend them highly enough. A highly skilled team with the best equipment, it was an impressive operation and I’m I’m so happy they could do it.

I can’t praise these people enough from booking them through to completing the job.ben phoned me to inform me he had sent Paul ahead to prepare the hot tub ready for lifting.ben arrived approximately 20 minutes later with the hiab crane and within 15 minutes they had craned the hot tub up over the garage and placed it on to the back of the truck and secured it ready for transportation.what more can I say 👍thank you

We had a huge hot tub delivered today, and honestly, I didn’t think there was any chance it would fit into the tight area we had planned in the garden. But wow — the delivery team absolutely pulled it off with professionalism, precision, and a fantastic attitude throughout.

From the moment they arrived, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They worked with us every step of the way, navigating the tight access and tricky positioning with total confidence. It felt like a real team effort, and their problem-solving skills and determination truly impressed us.

Now the hot tub is in place, and it looks perfect. I still can’t quite believe they managed it!

Excellent work from Ben and his team. We had a swimspa moved from the NW of England to Norfolk, took over 2 days as was such a huge journey. Really pleased with our recent hot tub disposal. Easy to get the date booked for disposal and great communication throughout. The access for removing the tub by crane was quite tight but it was all sorted without any fuss. Thank you.

Amazing service. We had a list minute issue relocating our sauna having moved house and they helped out within 24 hours and helped us get from trailer to garden. Something we could never have done!

Would definitely recommend this company.
I was so nervous about having to remove this hot tub over the buildings from our closed-in back garden, but from the start of our enquiry Ben was calm and professional, and reassuring. It was an awkward lift-out because of the angle from front to back, and there were a myriad of overhead wires to negotiate, but the crane driver was an artist - an aerial ballet of delicate movement. Ben and the lads (sorry, I'm awful with names)
guided the tub with ropes on the ground and it was over in a jiffy. Polite, professional, confident, knowledgeable, tidy and every question answered fully. Value for money, job well done. Entertainment for the whole street, we should have sold tickets. Thank you.

This service was excellent from the first contact and very competitive quote to the removal of our hot tub. Ben and Andrew (the Hiab driver) were both very polite & efficient.
Our old tub was lifted and over our rear garden wall approx 10m away. The removal took about 35 to 40 minutes. This was all done while taking care of our property. I would highly recommend The Hot Tub Mover Ltd to anyone wanting a tub moved or removed. Thanks so much for a great job Ben & Andrew.

What a great experience we’ve had using Ben and the team to move our hot tub across the country, into storage and finally into our summerhouse at our new property, the first move was a tricky one and they made easy work of it in a polite and professional manner.
