Great overall experience!
After looking at several house plan companies, we decided to purchase our house plans from The House Designers. We were very satisfied with the end results. One issue we ran into was the lot sites shape. We wanted the house positioned in a way that we would get the best views. In working with customer service, they immediately stepped in to help us resolve our issue by suggesting options that we never knew were possible. It was nice to see a company go above and beyond and not sell us plans just to get a quick sale. Their customer service was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. And believe me, I had a lot of them. We love our new home and would definitely recommend The House Designers to anyone wanting to build a new home!!
