Good quality much better than others I have seen .Third time ordering and my item arrived slightly damaged . Claire sorted this straight away and kept in touch . Great customer service

Paid £82 for two prints and two frames, very poor quality prints and frames are rubbish very thin white wood surround, a thin plastic instead of a decent material, flimsy, cheap looking, didn’t reply to my email about returning, I would say I would have paid no more than £10 for all, cheap tatt, don’t bother

Lovely print would definitely order more. Delivery time took longer than normal but with a little nudge, it arrived within a couple of of days after. Would definitely order again.

Really easy to find what you want. I knew what I wanted and had them in my basket and check out. Both really simple to navigate, and pay. I had seen the two photos I wanted. I'd scrolled past everytime not sure to get them, would it be a nightmare ect. But, really glad I got them. Really happy. Thank you.

We’ve purchased a couple of prints over the years. Love them. And the staff are brilliant. If you’re after prints, pictures etc then go to The House Outfit.

Unfortunately the print was too small for the frame but I didnt realise this until I'd opened it so can't return it. Absolute waste of money as the print was also illegible due to the way it was printed

Placed an order over a week ago, cannot get an update or response when I try to track it. Have emailed customer service several times and nothing

Leider sind die Poster nicht so schön wie im Internet abgebildet. Außerdem kamen zu den Versandkosten in Höhe von 25 Euro noch mal 22 Euro Zollgebühren oben drauf :( für diesen Preis hätte ich sie garantiert nicht bestellt.

So gorgeous I reordered the canvas in a larger size!
I then had some issues with delivery and the team in customer services couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful.

I am delighted with my canvases. They arrived on time and look amazing in my livingroom. I also had an issue which was resolved straight away.

I ordered gorgeous prints from this company, I had missed my house number from the delivery address so didn't receive my prints as Royal Mail returned them as they were unable to deliver without a house number, I was given a full refund, I reordered and they very kindly refunded my postage as I'd re-ordered them, the customer service from this company is excellent, I would highly recommend this company to friends and family, I am over the moon with my pictures and wouldn't go anywhere else now to buy my prints, cannot recommend this company enough, well done and keep up the good work. This company has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The second time I purchased from them I did so after a shambolic experience with another company. Whilst the second lot of purchase missed a print - the moment I told them the replacement was in my hand by the weekend. I also got a refund for my inconvenience - then a follow up email. ALSO the prints look good in my home and makes my home feel so calm which is one of their goals. I’m definitely repurchasing from this company! Please don’t change

Was so shocked when I received these prints and frames.
The quality does not match the price tag.
Because the frames are fronted with plastic rather than glass this makes them look cheap and causes the light to bend, preventing you from actually seeing the print.
Don’t waste your money. Go to B&M or Temu for the same level of quality

It's quite difficult to find a good quality slim metal frame for mounting a poster at a good price . The matt black aluminium item with acrylic glazing I found at The House Outfit was perfect and a good price. The whole transaction was fast, friendly and efficient - the item arrived as promised and was very well packaged. Will use them again for sure
