Irenita Total Air Sport Boots

Back in September I bought front and back Irenita Total Air Sport Boots. I just want to say that I am absolutely delighted with them; they are everything you say they are. Legs stay cool, the boots stay exactly where you put them, they don't hold water, they are lightweight but protective and wash-up like new.

Bad customer service

I had to pay 23€ shipping + 27€ customs. With the new website shipping was cheaper than before. Ok, fair enough. But customs was unnecessary, because Husk declared it wrong. I wrote an email one week ago but they never replied. The boots are very good till now and I’d like to order more. But a customer service that doesn’t answer makes me unhappy.

We are sorry that this happened. Customs is not in our control unfortunately. The information feeds directly from our website to the customs invoice and we need to declare the correct price for the item. Sorry that you had this experience

I received Above and Beyond Customer Service

The email assistance that I received from Bryony helping me work out the sizes that I needed for my horse from another continent, (I am in South Africa), was absolutely fabulous! Bryony was quick to respond, patient with all my questions and the boots I ordered on her advice fitted perfectly. As a result I have now ordered more of The Husk boots.
