A very great energy company saved me a lot of money and had excellent staff worth every penny.

I initially expressed slight interest in the service and made it clear that I would follow up in my own time. Despite this, I received daily calls, often at times when I was unavailable. Members of my team who answered on my behalf were also pressed for further information, even after indicating that I was not available and not in a position to proceed. While I appreciate that sales efforts are part of the process, the persistent and overbearing nature of this approach was counterproductive. It not only diminished my interest in the service but also left me with a negative impression of the organisation overall.

Excellent service actually my second time using the Imperial group the guys are on the ball and always going that little bit further to get me the best price. Can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service! Got me a great price! Found an absolute gem if I’m honest. Didn’t use their Letter of Authority for anything sinister like some brokers do. I was cautious when they asked for my current rates but after I provided them, they smashed those rates out the park.

Avoid the company.

I wouldn't recommend going through this company. The minute you ask them to find deals they'll bombard you with calls 3-5 calls a day! Not great chasing people and then pushing someone to sign a deal over the phone without giving the person time to read the small print.
I unfortunately signed and then found a cheaper deal direct with the existing supplier and spoke to Max to cancel my deal with Imperial (within a 5 days).

I then got a letter from a debt collector asking for compensation for loss of commission (lesson learnt as business contracts have no cooling off period).

My current supplier actually said to avoid brokers - lesson learnt. Always go direct with the electricity and gas suppliers where they'll get the best deals.

Have gone through the reviews on Trust Pilot and can see another 1 star and all of a sudden 20 odd 5 star reviews. That's a lot of business on 11 June and 23 June either the business is booming or highly likely all are fake reviews)
