Order will be delivered with 2-3 weeks. There is no return order a size smaller in pants. No way to contact merchant emails are invalid.

I ordered wall decor and it was taking so long to get here I cancelled the order. The order WAS cancelled but haven't received a refund. I've sent emails, called and they keep saying the refund will be here in 7-10 business days! That was back in September of '23! It is now March! What's up with this company?

I'd like to write a review, but it would simply echo the same things said below. Absolute scam. I will have to go thru the credit card company. Over 1000 dollars for a small freeze dryer. How long have these f^&kers been in business?

Ordered a lawnmower & still haven't received a tracking # it a reply email. My feelings are hurt 🤨🤨

Less than 1 star. They took my money and sent nothing. I called 4 times and was told they would get my purchase shipped out. Never received it. Scam!

Did not receive order, site is a scam

It has been almost 10 days, I haven't heard from anyone, received a tracking number or anything regarding and ETA. I figured the price is low on lawnmowers and pressure washers because they don't pay overhead like Lowes, home depot, or harbor freight. I don't have money to waste, I will be contacting my lawyer.

My order took three weeks to receive. I am very pleased with my purchase and it cost less than the other places. I will order from them again if the price is right. Jim

There seemed to be quite a scam going on with this company. I ordered my product on January 12th. It's now the 27th of January. 2024. and I still not. It's not even shipped yet.

Well, after a nasty email I finally got a response. They seem to be sincere and refunded my money. Haven't seen it yet. They seem to be a real. responsible company with just bad management and terrible shipping. It's probably because they use fedex. Which loses 98% of their material before? delivering.
Update to my review. They did return my money.!!! Like I said, they must be. a bad managed company.

I ordered a safety alert carbon monixide monitor for my RV. I emailed customer service with a question and they responded immediately with full details. The price was very reasonable. Much less than other sites. Shipping was free as promised. I will order from the Impulse Shoppe again without hesitation.

After reading all the negative reviews about the impulse shoppe I believed what they were saying, thought the store was a scam and asked for my money back, the next day someone from the store called me personally, reassured me they were not, gave me my tracking information and assured me my package was on the way, later that same week I received my item, packed extremely well and I have been shopping with them ever since, goes to show you, ya can't believe everything ya hear, ya have to base your opinion solely on personal experience, I'm glad I didn't get my money back that day, sorry for doubting the store and thank you for doing such a great job, keep it up

Run from this company; they will take your money and never send the product

NO STARS. No items shipped, had to get my bank to refund my money for me. Sad what people do for money, and they're still getting away with it.

Do NOT conduct business with this online retailer. They look real, but just take your money and have no intention of shipping your purchase. I wish I had done more research and read other reviews before placing an order. I’m out $58. I’m thankful it wasn’t more. What a scam. Stay away

Update 3/2024. The impulseshoppe, despite never returning my inquiries petitioned to have my negative review removed from Trustpilot. Trustpilot investigated the claim it was biased and found no reason to remove it from their site and have put it back on the list of customer reviews of the Impulseshoppe.

Order item November 3 2023 received confirmation with order number. Contacted them November 9,2023 and was told that FedEx had the item and it was enroute. They claimed I would receive the tracking information today. I have received no information.

Place an order from impulse. 4 weeks no product received. No tracking or communications. Called only get a recorded response can not complete call. Impulse Shoppe is a scam company for sure. Do not trust Impulse. They take your money, you get nothing in return. They deserve "0" stars.

I ordered a ssd for my pc 5 days ago and I haven't heard 1 word about this and I have been waiting and no response what so ever everyday that I have been waiting!!! I have been texting them sending them emails all week and not a goddamn response!!!!! They are SCAM and I am f*in pissed!!!!

Total scam. It has been over a month and no update.
They said they would refund me, lets see about that.
DO NOT BUY! I don't even know why they are in business. Maybe they use ppl's money to invest and whenever customer gets angry, they give it back. Because they are clearly not in the business of shipping real products.
