Just to add on the floor plan software point—using specific programs isn’t compulsory, as students are absolutely welcome to hand-draw their floor plans if they prefer. That said, we completely understand your experience, and we appreciate the feedback about wanting more guidance there.

We’re glad to hear that you’ve found the course material clear and structured, and we completely understand your thoughts around wanting more interaction and deeper tutor guidance. That kind of feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue improving the learning experience.

For any students who may feel the same, we do offer a few additional ways to feel more supported throughout the course. Our student community (including the Facebook group) is a great space to connect with others, ask questions, and share work, and we also run regular live virtual workshops where you can interact in real time. We also share helpful video resources, which many students find really useful alongside the modules.

And of course, tutors are always available via the messages tab if you’d like more guidance or clarification at any point.

We’ve also reached out to you directly to better understand your experience and help resolve any concerns.
