This is our 3rd trip through Victoria. This one was almost a mess and we could have lost it, had Victoria not been on the ball dealing with the issue all day. We were all booked to do San Francisco, Santa Monica, Mexico for friends wedding, then finish off in San Diego. 8 days before our departure to SF, the drug cartel starting fighting in Mexico. The wedding was cancelled. I called Victoria in a mess, what happens now !!! She said, call you back 30mins, which she did. She managed to cancel the 5 star hotel all inclusive in Mexico and get full refund. She cancelled the flights yo Mexico, Delta gave us a credit. She told me this and suggested Hawaii. We were blown away. Long story short, we flew to SF, Santa Monica, Hawaii and San Diego. Hawaii hotel wasn't all inclusive but best hotel ever, right on Waikiki Beach. Saved the day, big time. That day, she was on the phone to me for approximately 6hrs, changing flights, hotels etc. Wonderful back up and service. Thank you, Victoria. Cheers Hugh & Debbie

Very efficient and helpful. Good communication and organisation

Just booked a trip to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans. From my first contact with the company via the website to finally booking, Lauren was extremely helpful - despite me changing the itinerary and checking many different hotels! Lauren always replied to my queries very quickly and the price of the holiday was very competitive; the whole booking process was very easy. I will use The Internet Traveller when booking any future holidays.

I was dubious to use The Internet Traveler initially, as I'd never heard of them before.

But after using them and finishing my holiday I can happily say I would use then again and again, as well as highly recommend them to anyone that is planning a bit trip! Not only me, while we were in the USA we met multiple people that had also used them and were really happy with their experience.

For myself and my mum, Victoria made mums dream trip a breeze. We visited 4 different spots while there and it ran so smoothly! The trips were great and anything additional I requested, before and during the trip she helped with all of it!
So Victoria, if you're ready this, Thank you for making my mums bucket list a blast! And releving the pressure off me 😉

Our travel advisor Caroline was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to create our dream trip to Japan at a very competitive price. Would certainly recommend.

Myself and my partner used the internet traveller for the first time this year. We were weary about using an online travel agent but read their reviews and decided to try them. The price we got our trip for was so good, it almost seemed too good to be true.
Our planned trip was a week in Vietnam and a week in Bali. We dealt with Zoe and she could not have been more accommodating. We then decided to add on a couple of nights in Doha as this was a stop over, so thought it would be a good idea to see the city then finish our holiday by flying in to Heathrow.
Zoe organised the extra nights with no hassle, got us exactly what we wanted and for a great price.
For months and months we had been looking forward to the adventure of Vietnam, followed by a week of relaxing in Bali, then a couple of nights seeing the sights of Doha.
Unfortunately, due to the issues in the Middle East, which broke out while we were in Bali, we received notification from the airline that our flights to Doha/Heathrow had been cancelled.
What a nightmare!!!!
Up stepped the internet traveller 💪🏼
And in particular Babita. Wow, what incredible service, Babita contacted us and put our mind at ease, new flights booked, extra nights in the hotel sorted, we could then try to enjoy the rest of our holiday.
Obviously we could no longer fly to Doha but this did not deter Babita, she kept in contact with us every day and four times our flights were cancelled.
Our trip of a lifetime would have been
Spoilt was it not for the internet traveller and Babita.
Every time we had a cancellation, hotel, transfers and new flights we organised within what felt like minutes.
An extra week in Bali may sound like a dream but with the stress of potential war and not knowing how and when you’re getting home, this could have been a potential nightmare.
Thankfully, Babita and the internet traveller were there every step to help us out and help us make the most of this amazing trip, thanks Guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have just returned from a Malaysia multi centre trip with The Internet Traveller and can only state how impressed I am with this firm. Right from the start the help, communication and organisation from Jenny was exceptional, as were the hotels, transfers and flight information. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

Excellent experience booking with Internet Traveller. Great service from Rebecca, caring, helpful and thorough. Can’t wait to travel now.

Me and my daughter have just come back from our holiday in Thailand which was utterly amazing. We really did have the best time which the internet Traveller played played a massive part in helping us to create the best memories.
The whole experience was seamless from
Beginning to the end. Flights, taxis and speedboats between three different islands (Ao Nang Krabi, Koh Yao Yai and Phuket) were on time and we experienced no delays.
The hotels were fabulous especially Koh Yai Yoa village, very remote but very much a piece of paradise. Golf buggies to transfer you around the resort and the views over Phang Nge bay, just stunning, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I definitely want to go back.
The only negative, and it’s a personal choice negative, is that the last hotel, Glow Mira Karon Beach had a strange set up with its swimming pool, all the sunbeds and chairs were in the water so you had to wade through water to sit down and could only leave your belongings on small tables, there was also minimal sun spots, but the room hotel itself were nice.
Overall I would give the Internet Traveller a five star rating. The arrangements and responses to any questions I had prior
To travelling were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, I will certainly be using you again.

Staff are friendly helpful and very reassuring during the process of navigating the horrendous situation we found ourselves in. Managed absolutely everything with ease it seemed. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Saw an advert on FB so decided to give the Internet Traveller a call. I've never used a travel agent before so was a bit anxious. I was put at ease straight away with no hard selling. I explained what I was looking for (Elephants and beach escape) and where I wanted to go (Thailand). Tanya was very knowledgeable and gave some good advise on excursions etc. She answered all my questions (and I asked a lot). We communicated by telephone (at the times that was convenient to me) and email. She even tweaked our itinerary so we got the most out of our holiday. Everything was sorted and booked within a few days. Tanya sorted everything (direct flights, transfers and 5* hotel), all I had to do was pay (and the price was very reasonable). I would definitely recommend and after my holiday will give them a call to start planning my next...a safari in Kenya

I’ve just returned from a solo trip to New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville, and I had an absolutely amazing time.

It’s particularly worth mentioning that all of the tours and visits included in the itinerary were superb — and not simply the most basic ticket options either. Each experience felt thoughtfully selected and added real depth to the trip.

The hotels throughout were fabulous: well located, comfortable and exactly as described. From the moment I booked to the day I returned home, everything was exceptionally well organised.

Communication with the travel executive and admin team was clear, responsive and consistently helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. That level of support made travelling solo feel seamless and stress-free.

I would absolutely recommend The Internet Traveller and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Planning a honeymoon isn't easy - especially not a multi island tour of the most gorgeous climates on the planet! Aloha Hawa'ii!

Hawa'ii truly is a once in a lifetime trip and not easy to plan, with its vast climates and islands it can be really hard to find a tidy package that'll be perfect for you, but after ringing around competitors I arrived at The Internet Traveller and came across Victoria.

Nice as day Victoria was happy go lucky and super excited in her demeanour, sharing the joy of potential planning, and she asked a standout question right away that got me; why are you still ringing around? There must be something the other travel agents aren't doing for you that I can - what a curveball!

I told Victoria we wanted a multi-island tour with opportunities to do some standout activity per island - and boy did she deliver. With an initial quote with land, sea, and air activities lined up - it was looking good! Great hotels, great plans, and great prices - but as with any holiday you nitpick and shape it to be the perfect one for you!

I worked back and forth with Victoria on dietary preferences, comfort, locations, activities, budget - and not once did she resist, she tirelessly worked to create a package perfect for us that just blew all the others we had out of the water!

Her shared joy and effort to make this a holiday to cherish for a lifetime was exceptional, her talent in holiday planning and overjoyous ways, frequent communication and overally reliability makes this nothing short of a SIX STAR experience.

She is an asset to the team, and I'm sure like the rest at TheInternetTraveller is testament to what a travel agent should be.

Had a very good experience booking my holiday to Canada with The Internet Traveller! A nice website providing quite a lot of details about each trip, easy enquiry form and had an email responding the next day. Rebecca was great, quick to respond to questions, was transparent about prices, and tailored the trip to meet our budget. Much easier than trying to book multiple elements ourselves, and ATOL protected!
