Grazie mille per le belle parole! Siamo felicissimi che sia rimasto soddisfatto sia dei gioielli che del nostro servizio 😊
The web site was easy to navigate
The web site was easy to navigate. I emailed the company with questions about the item I wished to purchase. The email was answered the next day with the information I needed. I ordered the Pink Spinel necklace and it was delivered 4 days later. I am delighted with it. I found the Jewellery Room to be responsive and efficient and I really appreciated human responses rather than being passed on to AI.

It was a pleasure to deal with the Jewellery Room. Buying anything on line tends to make me slightly anxious however I felt complete confidence in this company. Everything was handled with an excellent, prompt, professional service and the selected piece arrived well protected and beautifully presented.

Entire experience was over the internet…
Entire experience was over the internet and phone from the United States. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Initial ear piece bought as a surprise for my wife was too small. Was able to exchange with little to no hassle despite the long distance. My first phone conversation to purchase was great. The person I talked to was very friendly and understood I might have to exchange. I would definitely recommend shopping at the Jewelry Store.
