Keico Living Ltd レビュー

Good delivered on and time and packaged beautifully.

Colleague's were most impressed.

Items didn't come in time ordered a week before glasses were missing. They did replace them but over all not very happy.

This is the 2nd time I have used Keico, and both times I have been really impressed with the quality of the gift. It feels a lot more personal than the bigger brands that do similar things.

Bought this for my sisters 60th birthday present and she absolutely loved it.
Very quick delivery and arrived on time.

Fast delivery always and great points system for free stuff!

Came quick and good quality

The website was easy to use and order, also I had reason to contact Keira was quick to respond and very helpful

Will have to share out my disappointment today on xmas eve so no one puts last minute orders in hoping for the gifts being delivered and then trying to find alternative presents at 4pm on xmas eve below is the response after I paid for next day delivery and received dispatch notification from keico
Very disappointing,
Good afternoon Lisa,

Thank you for your recent order and email.

I’m really sorry to hear you are missing items from your order. I have looked into your most recent order; the 'Cheese and Beer Hampers’ are despatched directly from our third party partners and have a slightly longer lead time than our in-house Wine hampers.

Unfortunately our cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery was the 19th December, this is detailed at the top of each product page and also at checkout.

I can confirm I have issued you with a full refund for the 2 x hampers and you will receive email notification of this shortly.

I do apologise that we were unable to meet with your deadline on this occasion and wish you and your family all the very best for Christmas and the New Year.

Kind regards,

Nicola

Quality product, efficient workmanship and professional service from a family business rightly proud of their offering. No hesitation recommending to anyone, as I already have.

Delivered quickly, packaged perfectly. A pleasure to do business with. Thanks.

Great present, late stocking filler good price delivered on time great service.

Fast delivery wonderful service and excellent gift set I recommend this seller

First time purchase and absolutely over the moon with it. I bought my husband a 3 litre bottle of jack Daniels for Christmas and he's gunna absolutely love it. It was quick and reliable delivery with dpd with emails and texts confirming when despatched and delivered, and more importantly to me, the opportunity to pay with clear pay which is for me is more manageable to pay over time. Very happy and will be back to buy more gifts for family and friends throughout the year. Thank you.
