Purchased water bottle gift set as a birthday present. She loved it

Initial order never arrived, duplicate order arrived promptly and seller refunded original delivery charge.

We had an outstanding experience working with Keira and her team. Their communication was clear, prompt, and professional, and the level of customer service we received was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and that we felt supported throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone, and I’m genuinely excited to see the finished project come to life.

Just had to take time out and leave a brilliant review for Keiron, Bully & Pev with respect to the final installation of our Reiki Sauna last week. Customer service second to none. Wonderful installation team with good attitude! Also thanks to Keira and her efficient manner in dealing with queries. Would highly recommend.

The order arrived very quickly and very nicely packed. The prosecco glasses had some imperfections on them which were replaced overnight once I reported this. Excellent service. This is a gift for someone so not sure how the prosecco tastes yet.

I love my latest purchases. Now have 3!
I would like to have the explanations of each one - they are on the list, but haven't come out very clearly on my iPhone.

Fantastic garden furniture! Really easy to purchase, delivery was easily arranged and fast, the furniture was easy and quick to put together. It looks fabulous, just like the pictures. The team were really responsive to my questions on WhatsApp too. Faultless.

I purchased the KeiCo 220 sauna, from order to installation the service was exceptional. I originally dealt with Will who helped me select the right sauna for my garden, including purchasing the ice bath and cooler.
As expected the fitters turned up to date to install the sauna, both fitters Toby & Brad were friendly, helpful and very professional, The weather was horrendous however they completed the project to time and the quality of their work was second to none.
The sauna looks amazing in the garden.
Thanks to all the team at KeiCo
Would highly recommend them.

Beautiful product
Excellent packaging

I haven't received any notification that my parcel was delivered to the address specified as it was a gift.

ITEM WAS JUST PERFECT AS A 60TH BIRTHDAY GIFT

Our interaction with Keico Living from start to finish has been nothing short of superb. I researched the life out of companies when seeking a garden sauna, and Keico always came out on top, and I can vouch for why. From initial contact, through to assisting with choosing the right sauna and package for us, payment, delivery schedule, fitting and all electrics was absolutely spot on. We are so happy with our garden sauna, performs better than we hoped and adds a touch of class to the garden. I cannot recommend this company more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I received a gift for my birthday from my sister. I didn’t want to upset her by saying 1 of the glasses was broken. So I contacted the company myself ready to give them my delivery address and my sister address who ordered it. They didn’t require it and even sent I my work address as I requested. Levi who I dealt with was amazing and went above and beyond. A great asset for the company, Levi kept me advised through the whole process and sent me a new glass the following day. Just great customer service. Thank you again Levi, kind regards Anne

The KEICO gift set was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Everything was carefully packaged, stylish, and felt very premium. The products inside were high quality and thoughtfully chosen, making the whole box feel special and luxurious. It’s a perfect gift idea and clearly made with attention to detail and love. Super classy, well presented, and definitely worth it.

Very simple! Can't thank you guys a perfect gift .Beautiful box it came in.
Again thanks.

Easy to use website, prompt delivery and plenty of updates during the delivery process.

I ordered a 4 person barrel sauna back in August. There were some issues (the factory dispatched the wrong model; and then there was a delay with the hauliers). Neither were Keico’s fault, but it meant it went up in December.

Then there was an issue with the siting, which was their responsibility.

What ultimately matters with a company is not just when it goes well, but how they deal with it when there’s an issue. Keira was excellent throughout: helpful, apologetic and simply pleasant and kind.

It’s the Sunday before Christmas and Kieron, the other partner, has just been here (hours drive from their base) to remedy the issues.

You cannot imagine a nicer pair, and two people who clearly care enormously about their company and making sure I was happy. I am now. I’m delighted.

Would I order from Keico again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

Thank you, Keico.

It was easy to order and delivery was on time
The packaging is stunning as are the bottle and glasses

I'm told the box was beautiful and the oils smelled wonderful. They were also delivered very quickly.
