I ordered Nike Mind 002 and payment was taken staight up. I was sent tracking information and it ended there. Since the 05/06/2026 i have had no communication from Kingsclub shop even though they have sent me tracking from China.

In a word “shocking”

King’s club scammed me that they have to give me 190₹ instead of giving 190₹ they gave me 90₹ so please pay me 190₹ for me tomorrow at 3:00pm

Order placed in July it is now the end of August and still hasn't arrived , tried to make contact but nothing

Terrible. Took money. Never sent goods. Not responding to email. Reckon gone bust and just scarpered. Reported to trading standard. DO
NOT BUY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT

Second order had to wait a while, but KC came through-approx 2 weeks.For the price an quality I don't mind waiting.

The sweat shirt/jumper is a great fit an very comfortable an very stylish.

Is this a joke email! I ordered my item over a week ago and still not delivered when I paid for next day delivery! You send an email saying with royal mail tracking and trace but still sat with them now and not delivered. All reviews show that the business is bust and the website has around 10 items to sell. Ill be reaching out to my bank to issue a refund. Absolute shambles selling products and not delivering as agreed.

Never received order, now out of pocket..
Tried chasing up with company, no response, tried chasing with Royal Mail just said in transit with no update, it’s been stuck in transit for 6 days? Then I receive an email saying it’s been delivered and to leave a review?

Still awaiting an item that I ordered on 6 December. I have emailed the company on 2 different email accounts and still not received a response.

Terrible service. Order wasnt dispatched until 2 weeks after placing the order. No communication received back when I tried to email and message on Instagram. Still waiting for my order and it was dispatched over a week ago. Holding out no hope for it arriving!

Product never arrived and after 3 emails asking for an update they have all been ignored.
