I have been buying from The Kinksters since 2016. I've always been happy with the products they sell and the customer service they provide.
Recently there was a fault with one of their products but they replaced it very quickly.
I would absolutely buy from them again.

Due to circumstances beyond the company's control there was a problem with my order. I was helped very well by them to get everything right. You can trust this company 100%. You'll also get quick answers to your questions.

Amazing business, with amazing gear!
Ordered a few bits of gear from The Kinksters, and they've always impressed me with both quality and service (which is very responsive and extremely helpful!)
My latest purchase was the 7 piece black & red leather restraints, and they're fantastic quality!! I can see these lasting years, even with heavy use - and they're so pretty that I can't wait to show them off at events!!
I recommend The Kinksters to every kinkster I meet, they never disappoint!

Awful..stay well away and shop somewhere else
Where shall I start. I waited some time to write this review. So so disappointed of their bad and unprofessional customer service. If you can say there is one at all. Ordered an item and never received it. Asked after 6 weeks and was made feel guilty actually asking. The cheap and lame excuse for not getting it or having my item was the worst. There wasn’t even any interest or effort done. They would just keep your money and you never hear from them again. Asking for a refund I eventually got after some time. Money is taken quick but if you want it back for not receiving anything is a very difficult thing. They also canx your account which shows and says it all. Just another bad company you should stay well away from. I ordered the item from somewhere else the night I got in contact with this one and got it 6 days later without problems and all help and info I needed. So no idea why the kinksters is so so bad.

I’m sorry to hear that you think our customer service is terrible. We have tens of thousands of happy customers every year, and we pride ourselves on our customer service, which is why we are one of the largest fetish and BDSM retailers in the UK.
It seems that you ordered the XL Two Stage Penis Pump, which is a non-stock item, and has to be ordered from the manufacturer. I have looked into the email conversations that you have had with our team.
Your initial email towards us was incredibly rude and offensive and contained threats towards our company from the get go. You had said “I wanted to know where my order is. No mail, no acknowledgment of my questions, no answer to my mails, no contact, no communication. It’s kind of appalling for your shop. If I don’t hear from u back in the next 24hours i have to take further actions.” This was the first time you had contacted us regarding your order, so we cannot work out why you expected a reply to previous contact, when you hadn’t previously contacted us, and we do not understand why you had threatened us with your first email to us.
You were updated about the order being “In Progress” and that we were waiting for an item from our supplier right away when you placed your order. You failed to acknowledge this update and instead emailed with “Finally I got an answer. It’s appalling. Well let’s see how quick the refund comes. And we will see how bad the review will be.” Again, threatening our company with poor reviews.
After we explained that we couldn’t understand why you were being so aggressive towards our team, you continued by saying “you making it worse by the minute with your accusations” and you were expecting more than your full refund by saying “and that’s all I get in return”.
Our email replies back to you were professional and informative, however you failed to acknowledge this.
There was no consideration for our team members or our company. You clearly wanted to target our team by venting and threatening us with poor reviews constantly, and then when we flagged this up, you turned it around on yourself and claimed that we were making you feel like you were “bad” and making you feel “guilty”. Our customer service team are here to help a customer, however, we should not, and do not put up with threats and aggressive behaviour from customers, as this is not fair on our team.
I can see that on the same day that you initially contacted us, we cancelled and refunded your order, which can take 3-7 days to appear in your bank account, depending on who you bank with. This was done quickly, efficiently and in line with the standard terms and conditions of any online retailer. However, you continued to target us with threatening behaviour, even after we told you that the refund had been processed.
It seems that nothing our team did or could do would have made you happy, and it appears that right from the start, you wanted to be rude and threatening to us. Our replies to your emails were helpful, informative and provided the information that you were asking for, however this wasn’t good enough for you and you continued to act the same way.
Maybe seek items elsewhere or prepare for a long wait
Order placed in mid December. Only got refunded mid February. The item I purchased did have a few weeks estimated delivery but it was held up by the kinksters needing to make a larger order with their supplier. As this didn't happen, my item wasn't ordered from their supplier and thus the long delays. Ended up ordering directly from the supplier in USA which came relatively quickly and not that much more in cost. I had high hopes for the kinksters as a vendor but this let them down and I probably won't use them again. Any communication was only when I would email but regular updates from them would've been enough. They said as they had nothing to update on is why they didn't email but anything to not feel like your order was forgotten about would've been enough. I also found out that the item I ordered is discounted when bought with another product so I believe these delays to be down to them trying to make as much profit as possible while customers are left waiting. My feedback to them would be to rethink this approach when it becomes more than 2 months in delays as it really isn't good enough. I requested a refund and was told I'd get it between 3 to 5 working days later. On the 4th working day I emailed again to confirm it had been actioned which it hadn't as the accounts team hadn't received the paperwork? So it was requested again and sure enough my refund came in today 21/02/25 9 working days after initial request.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
Firstly, I can see that you ordered a non-stock item which is indicated on the product availability label before you placed your order, so you were made aware before ordering that this wouldn't ship straight away.
I note that your order was placed right before Christmas, and due to the festive period, this would have added slight delays to orders placed over this period.
In regards to the updates on your order, you were notified that the order was "In progress as we are waiting on stock" shortly after placing the order by email. As there wasn't any further news to provide you with about your order, we didn't feel it appropriate to send regular emails to let you know the same thing. Other online retailers would also not email you regularly to explain that there was no news to give you, unless something needed to be amended with your order.
I have checked our email log, and every time that you contacted us, we replied to you promptly and provided you with the requested information. Orders cannot be forgotten as they are in our order system and the order status had been updated to "In Progress". Our email logs show that this email was sent to you after placing your order.
As we explained to you, Venus 2000 spares and replacement parts are only imported from the USA when we have enough of an order to place due to the low costs of these items and the minimal profit margins we have on them. This is due to the shipping costs and taxes that we have to pay to import these products and provide our customers with our selection. If we import smaller shipments, our prices would need to rise considerably, so we ensure that we keep our prices competitive.
As you were unhappy with the wait time on your order, we actually helped you to provide information about ordering the Venus 2000 receiver directly from the manufacturer, and let you know that although it might be quicker, it will cost more. This is far beyond what most other retailers would offer, and they would usually just ask you to wait until it arrives in stock.
You were prepared to pay for the extra cost and we refunded when you asked us to.
Luckily enough, the day after we refunded and cancelled your order, we received several orders for Venus Parts which allowed us to place an order with the manufacturer and the items arrived in stock several days later.
We believe it is unfair to leave us such a poor review, especially as we went out of our way to help when you contacted us, by providing you with alternative ways of ordering the product to make sure you got it faster.
We are not sure what you mean about the product being discounted when bought with other products. We do not have this promotion, so I'm not sure where you have received this information.
Other than setting the order status (which was done), providing you with information on the order when you requested it, offering you alternative ways to order the product and receive it quicker and refunding you when requested, we don't believe there is a great deal more we could have done to make you happy.
We believe the 2 star rating you have given us for this is very unfair, especially as you never received the product from us and the customer service provided was above and beyond what other retailers offer.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and on being one of the largest adult retailers within the UK, and we have thousands of happy customers every year. It is a shame that you feel the way you do about your experience with us.

Friendly and personalised service, recycling and eco ethics impeded in their business plan, inclusive and always try to go the extra mile. The quality of the products are better than so many other places, the pricing structure reflects this but remains affordable. And they ship all over, even to backwater cities like Bradford (which is home) lol.
If you don't use these guys I suggest you do.
They are always our first choice
