Love this company. We started with one set of sheets, now every bed in the house has them and we have a mattress topper as well. Quality product and speedy postage. When I have had to contact customer service I have been very impressed with how friendly and helpful they are. I recommend them to everyone.

The Sheets are fantastic for Menopause so cool and soft.

I now have 6 sheet sets, a pillow and a cooling mattress protector from The Lad Collective. The sheets feel soft and light, perfect for a good night’s sleep. My pillow is the best I have had, and the mattress protector is cooling and comfortable. I’m impressed also with the seamless ordering and delivery process, I have received all the items within a week of ordering. Needless to say, I am a big fan of The Lad Collective and their products. Definitely recommend them!

This is a great Australian company to deal with they have great customer service and excellent quality products I have made several purchases.

I had made a mistake on a purchase I contacted customer service who without hesitation arrange a return label and refund for me , they advised me the process and also advised I would be refunded once the item was received they received the item and the next day the refund was processed.

Definitely a great company to deal with.

I’ve purchased five sets of fitted sheets and zip pillowcases from The LAD Collective and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I love the zip pillowcase design—it keeps everything neat and in place—and they’re so generous in size that they don’t squish your pillows. They’re incredibly comfortable and cool to sleep on. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve bought many products from TLC & love them all. The bedding is such high quality & with a spinal disability having the corners labeled and elastic pulls make it easier to make the bed. And the magnetic quilt covers are just a fabulous concept. The sheets are like silk & wash up lovely. Items always arrive well packed & in good time. Correspondence with TLC always gets answered & addressed in the best possible way. These people actually DO care about their customers. I recommend them & their products very highly. My only gripe is - PLEASE get & keep a light blue colour in your Permanent Range! Then I can buy more!😅🙏🏻🩵

Honestly, the quality isn't has good as what I was expecting, and everytime I use these I wake up sweaty. It's disappointing because they do come in really nice colours, have some good functions, and I bought a couple of sets in different colours (one is unopened) that i can't use. I wonder if anyone else is having the sweat issue? It doesnt happen with any of my other sheets. I don't recommend.

TLC 3.0 Sheets are AMAZING. The Lad Collective nailed it. They are soft, cozy, and great quality. They washed beautifully and still feel brand new. They’re absolutely worth the money because they are made to last. The easy grip straps make them so easy to put on and keep everything in place. No notes!

Thanks Lads. We have been very happy with our TLC sheets, towels & polar blankets. We asked for advice about sizing of sheets for our slide-on camper mattress. Got the reply & our sheets are a perfect fit. Our TLC count 4 sets of sheets, 2 quilt covers, 1 polar blanket and a lot of extra pillowcases. HAPPY CAMPERS!

Excellent sheets and decent service . ZERO SERCURITY THROUGH THE PAYMENT PORTAL. I didnt log in, I dont have an account. It shouldnt be that easy to access sensitive info

I ordered a queen bottom sheet and a pack of two pillow cases. The pillow cases do not fit the queen bottom sheet; they are 42 inches long! I asked Lad Collective to switch to the proper size and that company refused. Customer service explained: “ a separate 2-pack, which measure 22 x 42 inches and are currently our only size option for individual pillowcase packs. “ This size discrepancy came without advance notice.
Now I am stuck with a sheet and pillow cases me wiwhich do not fit. What does Lad Collective offer: I would need to pay for a return which will be half the price of the sheets. This is poor customer service.

Really happy with the Ningaloo bamboo quilt cover. Lovely rich colour, silky cool texture and great design with the magnetic zip.

Terrible experience, will never purchase from this company again . Let's be honest when you're paying top dollars for sheets. You expect top experience. Was promised a delivery on sheets to come before Christmas as a present for my sister which I was promised but they never arrived then to receive an email several weeks later telling me that they are sorry but the sheets will not be delivering in time so then I waited another couple of weeks for my sheet to be delivered then to receive the wrong colour. I've got a lot of. I'm sorry and a $50 voucher which does nothing when you're expected to what by another pair of sheets at cost nearly $300 and get a $50 off. I mean let's be honest I would get better service from pillow talk .

After order not turning up. They told us they didnt know if or when they would even get the cooling blanket back in so they would have to refund us the money for only 7 days later it be back on the there website for $62 more.... are you telling me a company doesn't know if they would be getting stock of something within a week?

I bought a set of sheets and a set of towels
The sheets are exactly as advertised, deep sides and tagged for convenience. I like a crisp sheet and these a very soft.
The towels or rather bath sheets were very disappointing. They are very very narrow and thin, shed more fluff than an animal and the logo embroidery is coming apart

First off a $120 flat sheet only should NOT come in a Plastic bag and a cheap $2 storage bag like bro also they feel like they are from SHEIN 😢

I had ordered a quilt cover which never arrived. After receiving no help from the Aus post, Lad collective were able to resolve my issue straight away without any complaints (even though it is not at all their fault) thank you immensely i will not hesitate to order again in the near future

My son moves a lot in his sleep and we have major issues with his blankets bunching up in the quilt cover so I was very excited to try the magnetic quilt and quilt cover for him. Unfortunately the magnets are not strong enough and the corners detach and everything bunches up and I have to fix and redo every single night still. Left a review on their website and they have deleted it as it wasn't 5 stars. Disappointed.

Update. The company has emailed and said they will send replacement towels. And they have updated their towels so that the issue I had with them should not happen . So I will give 5*
I wanted to love these towels so much. They are soft, not overly absorbent but hoping that will get better with more washing. But I have been using them for about 2 week and are starting to notice the threads are pulling. Not just a little bit. I took photos but can't find were to up load them on here. I have emailed the company so hopefully they will send me some not faulty towels.
