A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! GO AWAY IF YOU'RE THINKING TO BUY FROM THEM.
More than 2 months to deliver our products, super hard to get an answer from them, you cannot choose your colors. They said they have the final word on the design which is ok why not, we choose colors such as green, orange, pink as shown in their Instagram but they said "the quality will not be there so we choose green & purple". Just because they missed an email, they launched the production and they forgot to choose the colors we wanted as indicated in our last email.
It is very a bad company that promise something they cannot offer you.
At the end, very bad communication since the beggining about the delivery.
Everything was wrong with them, please choose another supplier, you don't need extra stress.

I never received my product

I wouldn’t be using this company unless you couldn’t find another option - sorry savage I know.
I had such high hopes at the beginning because the instagram and previous jobs looked so lovely…. and then it dawned on me that I would have to chase the team for anything.
If I didn’t have to follow up every week to see if there was a design I could look at/ an estimated date that I’d get to view the design etc… I don’t know I just assumed if we’re paying so much money that you would focus on client services a bit more.
The design was really basic and looked thrown together last minute every time, it looked nothing like the matchboxes on the websites.
We received the matchboxes (after they were sent to the wrong address lol) and I was so worn down from trying to get in contact with the company that I just assumed a defeated stance - ‘they’ll do’. Not the outcome I wanted but they’re finally here… so there’s that.

if i could give negative stars i would. i placed a 400 matchbox order at the end of February. It is now mid July and I still have nothing. Barely any response from the Laldie, besides empty promises of sending my shipping number, yet they keep posting discounts on their instagram. WASTE of money and of time. Still trying to get a refund, and no response. No phone number to call. Extremely disappointed. I wanted these for my wedding and I have been nothing but patient and now I am bummed. Do NOT order!!!!

Unfortunately, our order took almost 7 months. We deliberately ordered early so that we wouldn't have any stress. However, were put off several times and our order came at the last minute. We were repeatedly told that the order would be dispatched next week, but it was always delayed by several weeks. We were even given a tracking number and told that the parcel was coming now. In the end, it still took several weeks. We are aware that this is a small company. Sometimes there can be delays, but then you should inform the clients beforehand. We always had to enquire several times and via several channels and only ever received an excuse afterwards. The communication was anything but good and repeatedly left us with the feeling that we would not receive the product at all. We have dealt with various suppliers, from small to large, but we have never experienced anything like this. As an apology, we were then offered that our order would be increased and that we would receive an extra gift. This also turned out to be an empty promise and we did not receive the promised extra apology.

However, we always hoped that the product would make up for everything. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed, to say the least. The drawings were very nice, I would like to say that at this point. But the colours were not at all what we had agreed on. We had given our colours with an exact colour code and the drawing we approved was also in these colours. But the colours on the matchboxes we received were simply black and white instead of beige and green. In addition, the quality was not good and the boxes were already discoloured and looked dirty. So the product was not what we ordered and left us deeply disappointed.

After all, there are other suppliers who deliver a better product for less money. Unfortunately, I therefore cannot recommend the laldie and would advise against buying from them.

I cannot recommend Laldie enough! From the very first message, they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. I came to them with a specific vision for matchbooks for my wedding, and they brought it to life perfectly. Every detail was spot-on, and the final product was even better than I had even imagined. It’s rare to find a small business that combines amazing customer service with such high-quality work. Thank you for adding such a personal and meaningful touch to our special day!

The Laldie did a wonderful workshop for my friends hen celebration in London and it was simply perfect! The communication was great from day one as we started to plan it and on the day the workshop was exactly what we had hoped for and more! Everyone enjoyed it so much and the decor and delivery of it all was so wonderful! Thank you so much - I can’t recommended enough!!

The Laldie did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life! They were easy to collaborate with to develop a design and had a quick response time!
