Fantastic service and products

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I went to the Lanyard Shop because of a recommendation and they did not disappoint. They put together exactly what I asked for with great attention to detail. Lauren was wonderfully helpful with getting our order all sorted and proofs were thorough. Shipping was tracked and speedy. Will be putting repeat orders in with them.

Good and quick

This is the second time I've ordered from this website. They have the product I am looking for, not always in the same colour but that isn't a problem for us.
The items come well packaged and arrive in good condition. Dispatch is prompt. I haven't needed to speak or contact anyone at the company, so can't attest what customer service is like, but all in all it's a good site and stuff arrives without problem.

I ordered layered and ID bundle but I received defective ID badge reel with clip. I am so disappointed and i don’t option to report it.
