Token fake exclusivity crap as well as a terrible UX.

They email you like you have been accepted, but then really haven't. They mostly just want you to do a pricey service, where it's no better than simply using a regular swiping app.

Appearance of selectivity and inclusivity.
Encountered lots of scammers that got by there supposed checks.
Terrible for older woman.
Would not recommend

This is the worst dating app I’ve ever used. Absolute scam. Money grab. There are hardly any options. They want more and more money. They only send you a few matches and you can’t get rid of them. So you have to scroll through all the old ones to see the new ones. Several matches, zero messages. Waste of time and money.

The marketing for this site justifies its cost by stressing its exclusivity and verification through LinkedIn, etc. But in three months, exactly two men contacted me, both scammers. I stayed active on the site but no one I liked responded. I'm not even sure they saw my profile. It appears that I have to purchase more "tickets" to be seen. And the vast majority of prospects I was shown were people who lived all over the world. I tried the 5p video chat, and again, saw people from several states away. It appears I could not filter by distance without buying a more expensive subscription. The entire setup seems designed to maximize revenue, not help people match up.

First of all this is the lamest most useless dating app ever. I wanted to try it for free, but turns out I mistakenly subscribed. Shortly after realizing that app was useless, I deleted my account and the app. Apparently it kept charging $99.99/ week for a month until I realized it. I was off grid, traveling so it took me a while to see that the subscription cancellation never went through and I ended up being charged $400 for something I didn’t even use. Stay away!!

Total joke! The wait is a marketing strategy to convince you they are exclusive. All the while showing you 5 to 7 attractive daily options. Once you are approved they send you 2 or 3 very average options that may not even be remotely close. If you do heart a match they suggest you pay to have your profile seen by the other person. Save your time it is not worth the wait.

What a complete waste of money. They don't have access to anyone you can't find online on free sites and most of the people they sent are outside of my search zone. Not one person responded to me. Save your money. Take a walk in the park. You're as likely to run into someone than you will on this service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Total scam, a ridiculous bait and switch operation. Do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague. 🙅‍♀️

The reply rate is very low, the majority of profiles are old and abandoned. They haven't been online for a long time. When your subscription is about to expire, you start getting messages definitely written by AI. I found a dating platform that is the real deal✨ J4Dream.com
I know for sure it's legit because I started meeing ladies for real within a week of joining. Finally something that works! Stop wasting your money on dodgy apps like TheLeague. They are too greedy. They are unable to attract new real members so they use AI for evil purposes.

Completely fake profiles. By coincidence I found one of the prospects they matched with me…the guy didn’t know about the league and was reaaaaly upset. Gave him pics and everything.. so hopefully he will sue them.

Complete SCAM: 1) Fake profiles 2) Repeatedly sent the same prospects 3) Sent prospects with whom I work even though LinkedIn was verified 4) Sadly, sent prospects who are married 5) The same low quality as every other site. Save your time/money & go look elsewhere.

Total scam…fake profiles to get you to pay more to connect with. Most “moves” cost money. Overpriced and overrated. My daily “matches” were repeats and not in my preference age range or location.

The League App Review:
I hate to say this app proved me correct, and this is just an understatement. This app spends more time and effort in its marketing department than in the action of actually applying in the “happy hour” at five PM, which is the time you get your five new (but used…lol 😂haha…) matches sent each day. They pay no attention to your preferences whatsoever. If you are looking for someone ten miles from Los Angeles, they will send you someone in Newport Beach with even other qualities that just are off.
If you are looking for someone 10 miles from Manhattan, they’ll send you someone in Philadelphia with a completely different age from your range request, marriage plans, family plans, education, and everything under the sun.
The whole idea of the app is to let them send you matches. There is no swiping like Tinder, bumble, hinge, HER, or any other apps that require Swipes.
Your future of who you will meet is in its hands; however, this app decides to match oneself and other random parties together.
This goes way beyond the cost and value of the app as well. Not only is it rather expensive to join and to continue on this app, but I also ask myself what exactly they are doing to make their member's experience worthwhile.
I’m picky, and that is why I joined, but from a particular person’s POV, I don’t see any difference from the other apps, only that there is no swiping involved.
A doctor I went on a date with from this app told me if he doesn't have more than one woman in his romantic life, he feels like a loser.
I to him that even if he was Elvis Presley, that was not going to work with me, so I was not going to impede him from being himself. I've been through way too much.

As one can see, I already mentioned to the app previous experiences, and they matched me with a person with these values. That was because they could care less.

Not a fan, would not recommend it. It’s a novelty, if anything. One star, and that's me being generous.

A terrible customer service experience. I signed up and was listed as number 8,000 in their ‘review que’. Over the course of two weeks the in app customer service team repeatedly tried to get me to sign up to their paid platform to jump to the top of this que/review system. I never moved in the que

Total scam,.. Afther 4 months still no reply back. Not even a polite automated message. just nothing. The word nothing can be used for this site properly! waist of time

There are worse dating sites out there. If you don't pay for services, they essentially make it as though your profile doesn't exist. You can 'like' your 3 choices a day, but eventually you will never hear from anyone for weeks. They also use the platform to try to sell events. I deleted my account. I'm not a fan.

Signed up didn't realise you would be put on a waiting list!!! To make things worse I was number 24.445 or something like that, so ridiculous. I deleted the profile straight away.
