The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Stay away from this company at all costs. They’re THIEVES.

Phillip was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We are very happy with the custom boxes we received from Legacy Printing.

Product came as agreed. Service was very responsive, profesional and timely.
Good to know I could get such service in the UK at a reasonable price.

The Legacy Printing provided sharp, high-quality prints with fast delivery. Excellent service and truly reliable printing company. Highly recommended!

Their design team was great at helping everything make sense and fall into place.

Response to my request was very quick - and it stayed very quick during the whole process. The leadtime was longer than I wished for, but the end result is great.

UNUSABLE, DELAYED, MISSING ITEMS

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We ordered 100 boxes with foam inserts and what we received was a disaster:
10 inserts missing right from the start.
32 inserts dented due to careless, cramped packing.
The rest were cut so badly they don’t even fit the boxes, the cuts (which should have been perfectly straight) were completely irregular. The entire order is unusable.

Delivery was nearly a week late.
Communication was appalling — ignored calls, unanswered emails, and false promises about tracking information.
The goods supplied were not of merchantable quality and completely unfit for purpose. Offering only £100–£200 as compensation is an insult when the full order is worthless and given the price paid for those items which was £2,000. We had no choice but to source replacements from another supplier at additional cost and disruption.

We have demanded a full refund and provided photographic proof. Based on this experience, we strongly advise others to stay away from this supplier.

We require immediate action to resolve this matter in full — otherwise we will have no choice but to take this further.

First time experience with making boxes. Fantastic experience! They were able to provide a template with exact specs for my project making it super easy for me to worry only about the graphics. Communication was fast & friendly. Timeline & cost was clear & up front. My boxes look absolutely amazing with Brilliant colors. All cuts are clean & crisp. Scores for folding are solid. Glue adhesive is solid as well. 100% recommend & look forward to using them again.

Their attention is very personalized. They are attentive to avery detail of design and sizes. They are very clear when creating a cuatom design as well as in shipping.

Good communication and very understanding with our revision requests. Fairly quick with production as well.

Second time ordering from this company, spoke to Jason. Fast delivery and answers were responsive!

Business was well handled, and staff were understanding of my needs. Was a pleasure working with the design team to bring my product to life. Happy to find a packaging solution company that puts this much care into their product.

Spent over £400 with this company more than 2 months ago and didn’t get a delivery. They then proceeded to tell me they’ll refund me but it’ll take 20 working days now for a refund to arrive (apparently it takes this long due to their “company policy”). No refund received and no sign of the goods either.

Clearly a scam, wish I read reviews before buying. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

THEY WON’T DELIVER GOODS OR REFUND ME! Claims to be based in UK/USA however actually based in PAKISTAN

Made an order over 2 months ago and still no sign of it. I’ve told them to just refund however they have spun me in circles and now told me they won’t refund me.

This company is a complete scam and before purchasing make sure to read all the reviews and ignore these fake 5* star reviews.

DO NOT TRUST ANY GOOD REVIEWS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AS THEY MAKE YOU PAY UPFRONT + NEVER DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give it a negative star, I would. The absolute shadiest company around. Watch out. Watch out for all their shell companies too. Do your due diligence.

I had a rather complex, multi faceted printing project and Edward from The Legacy Printing went above and beyond to help me get exactly the product packaging I needed. Their design team was great at helping everything make sense and fall into place. Shipment arrived earlier than expected and the quality is great. This will be my go to company for future printing needs.

I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!

Paid this company over 1 month ago for a job which they set an expectation of being completed in a certain time period. No product received and no refund either. Just took my money and still waiting for something to materialise.

We’ve been back and forth on emails however been told it takes 20 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS A REFUND! The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and it’s been a month since I’ve heard this with nothing to show. A company based in the West would never set this ridiculous time frame for a refund however something seems fishy…

Do not buy from this company and be very cautious. In the guise of a British company however really and truly based out of somewhere in Pakistan after some thorough research. I’ll be taking some necessary action to get my money back and I recommend to anybody reading this - take your money elsewhere otherwise be prepared to lose and receive no product.

SCAMMER ALERT!

This company is a complete scam. They’ve taken my money, wasted my time, and I have nothing to show for it. I never received any products at all – not even a faulty one.

Their communication is awful. After months of chasing them, I’ve had no proper updates or solutions. They offered a reprint, but how can you reprint something that was never delivered or printed in the first place?

Please don’t waste your time or money like I did. Stay far away from this company. Heartless scammers - they’ll take your money and not give a care in the world.

A SCAM. Trust me - stay clear. This company have wasted my time, my money and also my patience.

Months have gone by with terrible communication and still I do not have useable boxes - I have duds that are all not to spec and only ever am offered a reprint in which the reprint is wrong.

Please do not waste your time.

Extremely helpful! They work with you and offer their expertise to make sure you get the perfect dieline for each product. Would highly recommend.
