Michelle and Devon provided clear and fast communication. they were very patient in dealing with me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They both ensured that the service or product and information i received was clear, and also ensured i understood the terms and conditions. Regular and up to date feedback was second to none. Always friendly, approachable and nothing too much for them to handle. An absolute joy to work with Michelle and Devon.

The loan partnerships have been amazing, I would 100% recommend them. They are all so lovely and will go above and beyond to help you.

I have been through a lot of stress not knowing what to do about my debts and felt like I was drowning. Emma & Claire from the Loan Partnership were great. They did not judge and looked into my finances and offered a solution that worked for me. They worked to support my timescale to be Debt free. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I was kept informed every step of the way and every call i made was always answered by the same 2 people who resolved my queries. It is quite a stressful endeavour getting a second charge mortgage but again the two staff members who looked after me talked me through every step and helped me.

We used The Loan Partnership on a second charge mortgage for our house extension. From initial enquiry through to completion took about two weeks and the service was excellent. Leanne was very accommodating and kept in touch on a regular bases with updates on how our application was progressing. All in all a great effort.
