The London Removal Company レビュー

I cannot recommend The London Removal Company highly enough.

We have now used them for two separate moves, involving two different vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, and on both occasions they were outstanding.

The first move was for an individual with significant hoarding issues. The team removed a large amount of property and arranged disposal where required. They handled what could have been a very difficult and sensitive situation with patience, professionalism and, most importantly, dignity and respect.

The second move was for a different individual who is deaf and also has a Learning Disability. Again, the team were incredibly patient and considerate, and they adapted their communication to meet his needs.

Communication was fantastic on both occasions. We received regular updates, including photos and videos, which gave us reassurance and allowed us to keep track of every stage of the process. There was no judgement and no rushing, which made a huge difference.

Their quotes were also very reasonable compared with others we received. Jim was extremely patient with all our questions and back-and-forth during the planning stage, always responding promptly and clearly. Jake and the rest of the removal team were equally professional, patient and considerate when carrying out the moves.

I would highly recommend The London Removal Company to anyone, but particularly to families, carers, support providers or anyone arranging a move for a vulnerable person with additional needs.

Two very different moves, and an excellent experience both times. Thank you, Jim, Jake and the whole team, for making what could have been very challenging moves so much easier.

Jake and his team made my move day so easy, all were super friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely be using them again, great value for the amount of work they put in!

Brilliant moving experience with Jim and the team. From easy booking to everything securely in the new house. Removal guys were polite, friendly and respectful. My items were well packaged and having them dissemble and ensemble our ottoman bed saved so much stress!

From the moment Jim came and quoted us a price for their services until the last box was unloaded at the new address these guys were a pleasure to deal with. Professional at all times, respectful of our belongings, no job was too small. They definitely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend to have the packing service as this made the whole moving experience far less stressful. The movers were great guys, and Maisie, and showed fantastic teamwork and a great atmosphere was created. This made us relax and we knew our move was in safe hands. The price was very reasonable and reflected the professional service we received. Would definitely recommend.

The London Removal Company provided honestly one of the best services I have ever received. From start to finish, they were absolutely outstanding.

Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire process feel so easy.

The communication was excellent throughout, the team were friendly, professional and incredibly efficient and I couldn’t believe how quickly they managed to move everything out of one property and into the other.

Nothing felt like too much trouble, everything was handled with such care and professionalism, the whole move was completed far quicker and more smoothly than I could ever have expected.

If you’re moving in London, I couldn’t recommend The London Removal Company highly enough. An absolutely brilliant team and a faultless experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much! Big thank you to Jim for all of his help!

Price is reasonable. Service couldn't be better. Very polite, careful and efficient. Highly recommend.

Jim and his guys were all lovely, really experienced, professional and friendly, would definitely recommend! We even left something behind which they posted 1st class back! Thanks!!

My experience with London removal company was amazing! Jim was in contact throughout the process and made my move completely stress free. Very good value for money and professional. My next move will definitely be with them again! Thank you.

Great team, hard working, competent and confident. Good communication throughout the process.

Have no hesitation in recommending and will use them again.

The team were incredibly professional and packed the whole house both quickly and safely. They helpfully dismantled a lot of our furniture including some intricate cupboards, wardrobes and beds.

All items were unpacked at the new house and no items were missing or broken.

Would definitely recommend - great bunch!

Jim and the crew were absolutely fantastic. Made a potentially super stressful situation much, much easier for us. They are super transparent with pricing and you absolutely get great value for the service. The team treat your items with care, and assist with anything you may need. 15/10 would recommend!!

Can’t recommend The London Removal Company highly enough. I’ve always found movers by word-of-mouth before: was a bit nervous doing it by guesswork and a Google search but I won the lottery finding these guys. The quotation process before the move was very good: my requirements were listened to and a sensible quote was forthcoming. On the day itself the guys were brilliant, taking a huge amount of stress out of what is - let’s be honest - a pretty miserable process!

Lots of people and firms chancing their arm out there (especially in London, it seems…): if you need to move house just go with these guys. You’ll know you’re getting superb service at a reasonable price.

Only one complaint: they don’t seem to eat biscuits so now I’ve eaten several hundred chocolate hobnobs whilst unpacking. Will invoice for tailoring alterations.

Great service. They were right on time and took such good care of all my items. They were very kind and helpful making a very hard day very easy and manageable. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this Removal Company. They were very courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much for them as we changed our minds on where certain boxes should go and they very helpfully agreed to move them again!

Jake and his team moved me a couple of weeks back and the service couldn't be faulted in the slightest, they were happy to assist with anything I asked and couldn't do enough for my family and I. Having moved around often over the last 10 years, it's usually quite a stressful endeavour however The London Removal Company made it as seamless as possible. Couldn't recommend enough.

I highly recommend the London Removal Company. The team were very efficient, helpful and friendly and it was a very reasonable price. They made the process of moving from London to the other end of the country much easier than I thought it would be.

Jim and team amazing with our move. Made it all stress free with their calm, get on with it attitude. They were highly organised, concientous and all the team made us feel at ease and in good hands - making what could have been a stressful two days totally not. Absolutely lovely bunch to be around. Even made us laugh! Highly recommended.

Good experience all round. The quote was competitive and communication was good. There were no breakages and nothing was lost during the move. Jake and Jim were very professional, considerate and friendly guys. I would highly recommend.

The guys helped me move my mum after a last minute communication from our solicitor saying it was agreed we were moving out in 5 days..!! Jim was very reassuring saying that he was able to make a slot for us and that worse case if we were unable to move into the new premises he would be able to make arrangements to store it at a good price. On the day, we agreed 08:00 start and they were there outside ready to go. Whilst we were organised the guys confirmed they had a few things on board worst case, though we didn’t prebook any packing and luckily didn’t need it. The guys didn’t stop and we were packed in what I thought was record time. We got to the other end and despite moving into a first floor flat the other side, the guys just got on with it again, no breaks, and before long we were done. Asking along the way ok to put this here and very careful and conscious of paintwork and items within boxes. End result, no breakages at all, very happy clients and extremely reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend. Keep it up lads, so refreshing to see people who care, don’t overprice and give fantastic customer service.

Jim and Jake moved me out of a 1 bedroom flat. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and couldn’t fault them at all! I would definitely recommend to anyone and I’ll be using again in the future.
