From our studio we conceive exclusive, in-house designs which feel playful, contemporary and full of charm.

We then work with carefully-selected partners and manufacturers to ensure the highest, most ethical standards in crafting our socks. That means every single pair is knitted with 200 needles using triple-certified, sustainably-sourced organic cotton for a finer, stronger finish, and is finished by hand for a seamless fit.

And finally, we work tirelessly to sock it to our customers around the world. Whether it’s through our famous sock subscription, our exclusive giftboxes, or through a simple pair of socks: we promise never to cut corners, and always to make the best possible sock we can for the best possible price. We’re really sorry to hear this. We completely understand how frustrating it is when you’re waiting on an order and feel you’re not getting any updates.

We have checked our system and we can see that we have replied to each of the emails we’ve received from you, so we’re concerned to hear you haven’t seen our responses. It’s possible our emails may have been filtered into a spam or junk folder, which can occasionally happen.
