I placed an order on 11 March and, after two weeks with no delivery, I contacted the company. I was told the item had been dispatched and was âin the post.â
It is now 13 Aprilâover a month since the original purchaseâand I still havenât received my order. Iâve sent multiple follow-up emails and have had no response at all.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and no accountability. I would very reluctant recommend based on this experience.

Hai ragione che la resa può variare leggermente in base a come si riempie il misurino: se viene pressato un po', il prodotto si esaurisce prima dei 30 giorni. Ti consigliamo di riempirlo in modo più "arioso", senza pressare la polvere. Per quanto riguarda la solubilità , un piccolo consiglio: prova a mescolare prima con un po' d'acqua e poi aggiungere il resto, oppure usa uno shaker. Questo fa una grande differenza! Infine, molti dei nostri ingredienti hanno bisogno di almeno 4 a 8 settimane di utilizzo costante prima di mostrare i loro effetti. Ti incoraggiamo a continuare e vedrai i risultati.
