Purchased an authentic Prada bag, my questions were answered, service was polite and helpful. No hassle whatsoever.

Amazing seller all products authentic i asked an item to been delivered later and the guys done amazing job!

The Loved Lux were easy to shop with and have a variety of items, bag is a little more worn than described amd feel there could have been a alight reduction to the price as per the condition but I live the bag and will keep it and will also purchase other items.

Had a small issue with the bag received and they could not have gone out of their way more! amazing customer service bag was refunded immediately and they were brilliant in communication and this is why they are so good for the luxury vintage items thankyou so much look forward to the next drop!
