The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) レビュー 

I'm an experienced L&D professional (10 years) and was very disappointed in this experience. As the Director of a small training business I found membership to be of little value. Bear in mind before you join that you are not entitled to attend their flagship event g (even as a Fellow). LPI did not respond to complaints or requests, their customer service is poor.

I really enjoyed the event on 11-12 September, organized by LPI. In my experience, it is the best L&D conference I have ever attended. Good balance between sessions and time for networking, interesting and relevant topics, , facilitators and speakers shared specific things (not general obvious stuff), excellent organization of the event, a lot of delicious food)), representatives of many companies from the US, Europe and India, met a lot of interesting people.

Since becoming a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) in 2017, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The journey has profoundly enriched my professional life, providing invaluable opportunities for growth, learning, and networking.

Moreover, being appointed to the Membership Advisor Board has been a tremendous honour. This role has allowed me to contribute to the Institute's mission, share my expertise, and collaborate with a network of like-minded professionals who are equally passionate about advancing the field of learning and performance.

LPI's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is evident in every aspect of their work. The support, resources, and community they provide are unparalleled, making it an indispensable partner for anyone in the learning and development sector.

I get a lot of value from my membership of the LPI. It is an organisation that feels very suited to my needs working in corporate learning and development, and I get access to a range of valuable tools and materials that feel relevant to being a practitioner in 2024. It is a member offer that also develops and evolves and there is a strong sense of the LPI being responsive to its members and their needs.

The LPI is my go-to organisation for understanding what is happening in the world of training, whether that is training providers, training teams within companies or expert individuals. Working in a large corporation, it's very important for me to have access to this external expertise, information, learning and point-of-view. In the 10+ years I've been working with the excellent people at the LPI, it has really helped me greatly professionally and personally. I have had experience of the LPI Accreditation, Tools, Resources, the Learning Live event, the Awards and the Membership Advisory Board. While my day-job remains a priority, time with the LPI is time well spent.

This is a membership body that really cares about individual members and seeks to build close relationships with them. You never feel like you are a number, and you get to know the individuals at the LPI as friends. The community it has created and nurtures is a strong and vibrant one that all get something from and put back into.

As an Associate and Partner of the LPI I have the ability to see things from both sides of the membership relationship. I've been pleased to develop and deliver things to the LPI's membership and look forward to a strong, continued relationship in the future.

For many years I have been a member of the Learning & Performance Institute. I have undertaken its certifications and accreditations, safe in the knowledge that this is my industry body which provides key resources and delivers training to an excellent level. Highly recommended, really cost effective.

An incredible organisation that is making a difference. The dedication from everyone involved is incredible. Involving their members in the decision making, changing people's lives with courses and ensuring that everyone can benefit.
