The Luxury Bed Company レビュー

I ordered in line which was very straight forward.
Very happy with product, I have come back again.
I appreciate that I have ordered within a promotion, however this is open to new and existing customers.
It would be nice to receive ‘an extra’ from the Luxury Bed Company as this is now my 4th bed!

There were so many lovely beds to choose from, the website was easy to search and order. The only thing that would have improved the process is being able to see the bed style in the chosen colour.

The whole experience was great from ordering to the set up, but in particular I was blown away by the two guys who came into the house and set up the bed in my bedroom. They were respectful of my home and my two kids, turned up on time, whipped up the bed in record-time, I couldn't believe it. So stress-free and a wonderful experience. The bed is awesome, so true to form and pictures online and great quality. So happy and couldn't recommend enough.

I am super happy with both of my beds and my bunk bed, the quality and the easiness placing the order was just super simple. Thank you so much to Leanna who helped me get more fabric and got it out to me so quick, I really appreciate your all of your help. When we get round to doing more rooms, this will be my first stop, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have just taken delivery of the Bellagio kingsize bed from TLB company. I must say I am highly delighted. The bed is amazing. Superb quality. I Love it. The material & look is luxurious. Communications have been great. I was nervous ordering a bed online I had not seen in person, but have had best experience & if anyone not sure just you go for it you will not be disappointed. The delivery team were respectful of my property. They built the bed up quickly. Took all packaging away & were very pleasant. I am so delighted with the whole experience. The only drawback was the delivery timing. 5.50am in the morning was way too early.

This is my second kids beds order from the luxury bed company!! Highly recommended. It’s soo comfortable and my kids love it!

It was worth the wait. I saw the Luxury Bed Company on IG and at that time they were not in the USA yet, I waited for them to deliver to the USA and it was so worth the wait. They have a BEAUTIFUL product with the BEST customer service ever. You can’t beat that! I absolutely love my king size bed!!
Thank you

Ordering a 2nd bed from you as we remain so pleased with the one we ordered for my daughter. Look forward to receiving this one and hope to be as pleased with this order as we were last time ! :)

Thank you to Tony & The Team @ The Luxury Bed Company, for fantastic customer service & care.
I will definitely be using this company again.

Thanks

Paul

We drove quite a distance to the showroom last Thursday, well worth the visit and so glad we did.
Greeted by Callum who was brilliant. He talked us through the whole ordering process and allowed us to bounce on the mattresses to select our choice. The Instagram Sale on Friday was the icing on the cake 50% Off….WOW. Great experience so far. I’m under serious pressure now to prepare the bedroom for our imminent delivery!!! Hope to see you…not too soon.

I have purchased 2 beds from this company now which I absolutely love and they are of a very high quality. When choosing my second, I visited the showroom and Meg was so helpful. She was able to order a bespoke option to fit my measurements. The delivery communication was excellent and timings were spot on. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for your new bed!

Leanna has been so helpful with our order, from start to finish. Leanna went through all the measurements on the phone and also sent a confirmation email. I am so grateful for all her help, Leanna was so friendly and really easy to speak to. I would really recommend The luxury bed company. We are really looking forward to our delivery.

Leanne was an absolute pleasure and was a dream to deal with super professional, prompt and very professional on all levels .
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on her customer service
Thank you so much ☺️

Had a really easy experience with Leanne and Meg helping me firstly with samples and then the final ordering process! They have given me great support and super fast responses with all my questions, as this is the first time buying an emperor bed and mattress so I had a fair few making sure the dimension would fit and possible alternatives if needed.

Everyone I’ve spoke to have been so helpful and would highly recommend them 😁 and I’m fussy and big on Customer service

Couldn’t rave about this company enough! Their beds are second to none, their designs are amazing, installation was a dream and from start to finish a seamless process.

Their customer service is just brilliant - I’ve dealt with quite a few of the team since ordering my 2 beds and every member of staff have just been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

My only negative is their mattresses are SO comfy I don’t want to get out of bed on a morning!!

Phil and the team always so professional and helpful.
I always recommend these guys to all of my friends.

It took almost 3 months but i was aware of that but worth the wait. My bed looks amazing!! So happy with this purchase. Got so many compliments. Bed is very sturdy and made with very nice plush fabric. Colour is so pretty as well. Thank you
